Aionion Kolasin
Here we attempt to discuss further (continuing in depth as per the content of the two links prior) —> in order to understand accurately as to ‘why’ our Blessed Saviour Chose to use the term ‘Aionion Kolasin’ instead of the existing popular Jewish terms denoting afterlife Judgments (i.e. those belonging to the sects of the Pharisees, Sadduccees & Essenes too).
For example: Professor Thomas Talbott (in his insighful work in this area) —-> notes that the Greek Word ‘Kolasin’ as explained by the great Greek Thinkers Aristotle & Plato —-> was used to mean ‘punishments which have a corrective purpose of rehabilitation upon whom it is inflicted’.
Isn’t it astounding?
And any ‘lingustics professor’ knows that the strongest way to determine a meaning of a word is by ‘its usage at that time’ —> which overrides the other two ‘way weaker’ remaining methods, namely —> ‘lexicography’ (which is ‘the activity or occupation of compiling dictionaries’) and ‘etymology’ (which is ‘the study of the origin of words and the way in which their meanings have changed throughout history’).

A True Sheep of Christ NEVER persecutes NOR kills anyone especially in the ‘Name of God’.
