Does All things include the Evil as well?

Yes ‘All things’ refer to ‘All things created’ (Colossians 1:16).

P/S: Something which is not revealed earlier (Colossians 1:26) beyond Judgment in the ‘Day of Evil’ (not forever, limited time, age(s) accordingly) in Proverbs 16:4 is the fact that ‘He Will Reconcile’ this ‘same’ “all things created” too (Colossians 1:20).
