The Law of Christ = The Law of His Love

Two Laws:

1. Love God first

2. Love your neighbour (anyone) as yourself

How do I infer that a neighbour of a man can be anyone, even he who thinks of you as an enemy?

The answer is in the definition given by the Lord Himself in the parable of the Good Samaritan, who being an enemy to the eyes of the Jews, but yet became a neighbour to the Jew who was wounded by robbers.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2)
