New Testament Truth – Reconcile All Created things? God’s House?

(Let the Verses Speak, in image).

He Dwells in us.

I rather opt for especially NEW TESTAMENT VERSES as it is WRITTEN.

Conclusion

Teaching ‘wrong doctrine’ in churches is more important to be addressed (where ‘wrong doctrine’ is preaching anything against New Testament WRITTEN verses, as it is mentioned in 1 Corinthians 1:10, 1 Corinthians 14:37, Romans 16:17, 1 Timothy 1:3, 1 Corinthians 11:16, 1 Corinthians 14:33):

“If anyone advocates a DIFFERENT DOCTRINE and does not agree with sound words, those of our Lord Jesus Christ, and with the doctrine conforming to godliness, he is conceited and understands nothing; but he has a morbid interest in controversial questions and disputes about words, out of which arise envy, strife, abusive language, evil suspicions,” – apostle Paul (1 Timothy 6:3 – 4, NASB)

We are NOT obligated to follow after any ‘Christian leader’ who do not teach according to what apostle Paul wrote (2 Thessalonians 2:15, 1 Corinthians 4:16, Philippians 3:17, 1 Thessalonians 1:6) to follow Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1).

If we ignore His Written New Testament Commands in our churches (1 Corinthians 14:38), the below will happen too as our Blessed Savior Himself Declared:

“BUT IN VAIN DO THEY WORSHIP ME, TEACHING AS DOCTRINES THE PRECEPTS OF MEN.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 15:9, NASB)

P/S:

I will stick to the “apostles” than ‘your modern teachers who teach against what is WRITTEN’ which is their ‘own private interpretation being AGAINST the HOLY WRITTEN VERSES’ (as it is Commanded in VERSE below too):

“that you should remember the words spoken beforehand by the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior spoken by your apostles.” (2 Peter 2:3, NASB)

‘Where is your NEW TESTAMENT verse?’ – Anonymous

“Therefore no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day–” (Colossians 2:16, NASB)

Indeed, OBEDIENCE to the WORD of GOD is better than SACRIFICE:

“And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.

For REBELLION is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast REJECTED the WORD of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.” (1 Samuel 15:22 – 23, KJV)

‘I thought you believed in Sola Scriptura (Scripture ONLY), right?’ – Unknown

Here’s a little example of ‘how wrong exegesis is done by those who don’t take His Written Word seriously’:

A pastor claimed: I don’t think that Colossians 1:16 with Colossians 1:20 teaches Universal Reconciliation. The Reconciliation is subject to our faith which implies a condition “IF” that is “IF we continue in faith…” (e.g. Colossians 1:23).

Reply:

“All created things” (Colossians 1:16) —> Reconciled by Lord Jesus Christ Alone (Colossians 1:20) eventually.

NO “if’s” in these VERSES (Colossians 1:16 and Colossians 1:20). You are repeating a common fallacy in Theology by doing so.

The VERSES with “if” relate to ‘this temporal life on earth only’ where it relates to ‘remaining in being reconciled on earth if we continue in faith’ (as Colossians 1:23 mentions) with regards to the PRESENT TIME or NOW (as it is mentioned in Colossians 1:22) towards the ‘elect only or believers’ (Colossians 1:21).

These Verses in NO Way refute the Universal Reconciliation by Lord Jesus Christ by HIS BLOOD which will take place as it is WRITTEN with “no IFs” in these Verses (Colossians 1:20) with regards to ALL THINGS CREATED (Colossians 1:16) in its OWN TIMES (Ephesians 1:10, 1 Timothy 2:6).

This is part of the ‘secret or mystery’ (among others) which “has been hidden from the past ages and generations, but has now been manifested to His saints” (Colossians 1:26, NASB) as apostle Paul reveals.

Please also note the consecutive verses (irrefutable context) which I quoted from Colossians 1 to explain it as it is WRITTEN ONLY. The Verses from Ephesians 1:10 and 1 Timothy 2:6 speak in regard to the TIMES which God has Willed to Fulfill this.

The Pastor replied that if it’s true then there is no reason for the IF-warning toward believers if all are going to be reconciled anyway.

Further Reply

Please allow me to explain the details, sir:

Believers are warned not to fall out to escape afterlife Judgment (John 5:24) as it will be for the wicked first (John 5:29).

The Word “NOW, PRESENT TIME” (Colossians 1:22) to you (believers, Colossians 1:21) being reconciled (on earth in this life, right?) speak thus.

The HOPE (please note the word HOPE in Colossians 1:23) of the Gospel (beyond this life, implied, 1 Corinthians 15:19 too) —> ‘that you have heard’ (Colossians 1:23, NASB) —> as it was described prior in Colossians 1:16 with Colossians 1:20 [with NO IF’s meaning that it is a HOPE which will take place eventually] —> where this HOPE includes the GOSPEL which will be PREACHED or PROCLAIMED to ALL CREATION (Mark 16:15), yes please note the phrase “proclaimed in all creation” (Colossians 1:23, NASB) as apostle mentions this as part of the HOPE (not yet Done in full but will be Done as it is Written, hence a certain HOPE with NO ifs mentioned together with it) —> agreeing to the GOSPEL being PREACHED or PROCLAIMED to the DEAD too (1 Peter 4:6) —> so that ALL CREATION will be SET FREE into the GLORIOUS LIBERTY of the CHILDREN of GOD too eventually (Romans 8:20 – 22).

Other Related Verses are quoted above to explain this HOPE further toward ALL Creation as it is Written agreeing with ALL THINGS CREATED being RECONCILED to HIM as Prophesied here (in this HOPE) in Colossians 1:16 & Colossians 1:20 as well in the FULLNESS of the TIMES (Ephesians 1:10) for His RANSOM to be applied to ALL eventually (1 Timothy 2:6) causing ALL things to be RESTORED (Acts 3:21) and MADE NEW too (Revelation 21:5) to achieve this till God becomes ALL in all eventually (1 Corinthians 15:28).

The Pastor replied that Romans 8 speak of only the believers as sons of God being set free into the liberty of the Children of God.

Another Reply:

Romans 8:19 speak of the revealing of the Sons of God while Creation (not sons of God only, different words – let’s not change the words as it is WRITTEN) being SET FREE into the Glorious Liberty of the CHILDREN of GOD eventually too (is mentioned IRREFUTABLY in Romans 8:20 – 21) referring to ALL Creation as the word TOGETHER exists in Romans 8:22 too (Consecutive Verses proving Context Perfectly with regards to the different objects spoken of namely, ‘you’ or believers in Romans 8:18 mentioned or highlighted as the first-fruits and NOT the only fruits in Romans 8:23, ‘sons of God’ in Romans 8:19 and ‘creation’ in Romans 8:20 – 21 referring to ‘ALL creation’ in Romans 8:22 as the TOGETHER).

In short, it’s clearly WRITTEN that CREATION (i.e. ‘creation which was subject to vanity/futility’, Romans 8:20, i.e. any creation which is in SIN or is AFFECTED by SIN) —-> will become CHILDREN of GOD after that LIBERTY from SIN entirely (Romans 8:21).

In Case you missed this HOPE as it is Written, here it is:

“For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in HOPE that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.” (Romans 8:20 – 21, NASB)

The mere human explanation you are adding to try ‘reduce’ or ‘remove’ the meaning is NOT done NOR is it WRITTEN by apostle Paul and I will believe it ‘as it is WRITTEN’.

This is what the VERSES say:

“creation was subjected to futility” (Romans 8:20, NASB) —> “in HOPE that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God” (Romans 8:21, NASB)

Without my explanation. Cheers.

Apostle Paul does NOT say that only the sons of God become the children of God. Not written. But rather, he says that the “creation was subjected to futility” (Romans 8:20, NASB) which will be “set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God” (Romans 8:21, NASB) which includes believers & others as part of creation.

Yes, he only says “creation that was subjected to futility” being set free into the liberty of the Children of God with NO mention of the ‘sons of God’ in Romans 8:20 -21. The ‘sons of God’ are mentioned to be revealed only as part of Creation being a more special ‘revelation’ as the rest of creation awaits it (Romans 8:19).

Again your ‘human-america-korea-democracy explanation’ is out of context (regarding humans being unable to fulfill their own will or even God’s Will) —-> since in this VERSE only GOD DOES that setting Free of Creation (which was subjected to FUTILITY/VANITY) into being the CHILDREN of GOD —> and it will CERTAINLY COME TO PASS as HE ALONE DOES IT.

This is the same meaning as either way (as they share in the freedom of the sons of God), creation will be set free from sin and its effects of vanity/corruption (Romans 8:21) being sinless as God Willed in the END, agreeing to the other Verses speaking of Universal Reconciliation in Lord Jesus Christ (e.g. Colossians 1:20 and 1 Corinthians 15:28).

I repeat, creation will be set free from sin and its effects of vanity/corruption (Romans 8:21) being sinless as God Willed  —-> that’s the ONLY MEANING. Can you see it?

Creation is distinctly mentioned being brought into the liberty of the Children of God eventually, which means that they too become sinless —> which means that they too become children of God too in the END as it is Written in Romans 8:20 – 21 where believers are part of all creation for which this is to happen TOGETHER eventually as a WHOLE or toward ALL as it is implied in Romans 8:22. That’s all that is Written Grammatically.

But isn’t it impossible as only those with the Spirit of God can be children of God eventually?

Isaiah 45:23 clearly states that EVERY TONGUE (ALL Rational Creature) will confess Allegiance to Him eventually which is ONLY Possible by the Spirit of God (1 Corinthians 12:3) which will be sealed upon them when they Do it in Truth and this Will Happen in its Own Times (Philippians 2:10) into the spirit world too.

God does NOT accept Fake Confessions.

God does NOT accept Fake Confessions. Yes the SHAME is the JUDGMENT Part for those who were AGAINST HIM (as mentioned in Isaiah 45:24).

At the Point of Confessing ALLEGIANCE to HIM (Isaiah 45:23) which must be True as God does NOT Oath Fake things to Himself —> these get the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God, evidenced by the phrase “Only in the LORD are righteousness” and that it affects all men is clearly seen by the Prophecy “Men will come to Him” within this same verse (Isaiah 45:24, NASB) —> though some have to be Put to SHAME first for Judgment as mentioned in this Verse highlighting that part too (regarding age-during Judgment, Daniel 12:2 – YLT).

Yep separated to the age for Judgment. True. Reconciled later after Judgment and their spirit lives to God as 1 Peter 4:6 mentions as explained in detail in post below regarding this with respect to the wicked too.

The Reconciliation part for such is POST Judgment as it is seen in 1 Peter 4:6 where they hear the Gospel, get Judged and then only ‘live to God in the spirit’ eventually too. Details for this is in post below too:

https://www.anonymouschristian.org/blog/resurrection-of-the-dead-is-there-hope-for-the-wicked-too/

But those separated from God during Judgment cannot be Reconciled right?

You are confusing the order. The Correct order is as per 1 Peter 4:6 where Gospel is Heard first —> Judgment next —> followed by RECONCILIATION as the END as only after being Judged the ‘spirit lives to God’ —> for such ones where the Gospel is Preached to the Dead (which refers to the wicked or unsaved, John 5:29 simply because believers would have heard the Gospel and will not be judged, John 5:24). This agrees perfectly with the CORRECT order that Mercy which Triumphs over (or ends) Judgment too (James 2:13).

Line by line & precept by precept  —> a little here a little there for whole Truth (Isaiah 28:13).

Tenses in Hebrew or Greek are also written from an accomplished sense (even though it is not done yet, being Prophetic, Isaiah 46:10). What is CERTAIN is that What is WRITTEN in HOLY SCRIPTURE will COME to PASS (Matthew 5:18).

How about non-living Creation or non-Rational Creation?

The setting free into Liberty of the Children of God (Romans 8:20 – 21) includes all Creation (Romans 8:22) even non-living things etc. which are affected by sin (e.g. trees die though they didn’t sin):

Too much to explain as per the details in post below too:

https://www.anonymouschristian.org/blog/reconcile-all-created-things-how-about-plants-and-animals/

This post too has some details in regards to this for edification

https://www.anonymouschristian.org/blog/reconcile-all-things/

The WORLD is the SPACE in which ALL Creation exists (Romans 1:20).

God’s Will when God does it ALONE as it is in these VERSES will Definitely HAPPEN as it is WRITTEN (Isaiah 14:24, Isaiah 46:10).

Shalom
