The Great Missing the Point Phenomenon – What is the Best Context of Holy Scripture?
Answer: “as it is written”.
Please consider the following brief illustration of this:
“as it is written” —> ‘best context’
*I have nothing further to ‘add to context’ to try explain “against” what is “written”.
For self-explanatory ‘verses’ around it please consider (Example):
‘God Reconciles all things’ (Colossians 1:20)
Which “all things”?
Verses ‘around it’ mentioning the phrase “all things” (not the verses around it that don’t mention the phrase “all things”, a big difference in ‘context’) —> Colossians 1:16
Simple as that, peace to y’all.
P/S:
“For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities– all things have been created through Him and for Him.” (Colossians 1:16)
“and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in the heavens.” (Colossians 1:20)
