Hate – God Saves All Men eventually

Firstly, due to ‘Lawlessness’ (which is disobeying God’s Commands, 1 John 2:4, 1 John 3:4, 1 Corinthians 14:37) even with regards to understanding God’s Hate (yes, misunderstanding God’s Hate has caused considerable Lawlessness among men who think that they being cruel are emulating divine Justice as implied together with James 1:20 too), and so the ‘Love of many’ will ‘grow cold’:

“Because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will grow cold.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 24:12, NASB)

 

Remember:

“He who gives an answer before he hears, It is folly and shame to him.” (Proverbs 18:13, NASB)

 

Question

A Christian wrote the following:

god does not love the whole world.

“As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.” (Romans 9:13, KJV)

 

Reply:

God’s Hate is misunderstood, it means “love less” too and ‘not empty of Love’ for John 3:16 proves that God Loves the World as well & has Willed to Save it (Immutable, John 3:17) and He Loves His Enemies too (Matthew 5:44) & since He cannot change from being Good & Perfect (James 1:17),  His Love for them always exists though at a lesser degree when ‘He temporarily Hates’ them due to their evil.

 

His Hate or “Wrath” causes “Judgment” (Colossians 3:6)  upon the “disobedient” (Ephesians 5:6) due to their “evil deeds” (John 3:19, John 7:7).

 

Now,  God’s Hate cannot be understood by ‘any human definition of hate’ (as implied in James 1:20). So, we must go to Holy Scripture to understand it & this Great Mystery regarding His Hate is Understood beyond doubt only in New Testament verses as follows:

 

For Example, He taught us to “Hate” likewise in verse below too:

“If anyone comes to Me, and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be My disciple.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 14:26, NASB)

 

Please  note that if the Hate in the verse you quoted means “Hate without Love”, then so must the Hate in Luke 14:26 mean likewise since God can have only One Definition of Hate ‘When He uses it’ being Impartial. Can you see it?

Yes,  God can NEVER change into ‘having an eternal annihilation type of hate either’ as implied intrinsically & literally in verse below (if we are able to understand it ‘as it is Written’):

 

“For I, the LORD, do not change; therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed.” (Malachi 3:6, NASB)

 

So,  do we want to remain in the ‘eternal hate or annihilative hate of men’ (James 1:20) as taught by the Pharisees & Sadduccees too in the past (as Josephus records clearly) as part of their wrong doctrine regarding Hell too (implied in Matthew 16:12, Matthew 23:15) as opposed to ‘God’s Hate which means Love less’ (Luke 14:26, Matthew 10:37) and His Purpose of His Wrath is to make even ‘His Enemies to submit to Him’ eventually  (Psalm 66:3, and God’s Power doesn’t cause Fake obedience as sometimes erred in reading this verse, can you see it?).

 

Yes, Judgment first in His Wrath (Ephesians 5:6) which causes His Enemies to seek submission to Him (Psalm 66:3) —-> as no one can endure His Refiner’s Fire & Soap (as the End Result for Judgment, 1 Corinthians 15:24 is Purification, Malachi 3:2) —-> and when His enemies finally submit to Him during His Reign  (Psalm 110:1, 1 Corinthians 15:25) —> which has ‘not’ yet occurred (Hebrews 2:8)  —->  and this ‘submission of All to Him’ in ‘Allegiance’ too (Isaiah 45:23, Philippians 2:10) must be out of ‘Love’ too,  right?  —> Simply because the same word and act of Submission is Written in analogy in 1 Corinthians 15:27 – 28 —-> that is, 1 Corinthians 15:27 – 28 speaks of His Enemies too (1 Corinthians 15:25) as part of the “All” or “All things” having ‘Submitted to Him’ (1 Corinthians 15:27) in the same Way that He Submits to the Father (1 Corinthians 15:28) and thus both submission must be in Love,  as analogically drawn in these verses,  right? —-> only after which God’s Holy Will is achieved by Christ and He becomes “All in All” (1 Corinthians 15:28), i. e.  All Creation (Context, Romans 8:22 mentions “All”) will be fully filled and Perfected in Him (Romans 8:20 – 21).

 

Can we REALLY understand this END (please note the word “end” in 1 Corinthians 15:24) of the Gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1) or have we ‘believed in vain’ for missing such parts of it as explained by apostle Paul (implied from 1 Corinthians 15:2)?

 

Can we REALLY see it now?

 

Isn’t God Amazing? He Truly is:

“Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The Stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the Head of the Corner: this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?” (Matthew 21:42, KJV)

 

Before we end this discussion, let’s talk a little about ‘context’ with ‘verses’ as follows:

“The one who does not love does not know God, for God is Love.” (1 John 4:8, NASB)

 

Now, does the above mean ‘all that which God does must be in Love’ even His Anger? Yes. If so, how about these two verses which follows it then as shown below:

“By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” (1 John 4:9 – 10, NASB)

 

It is often argued by Calvinists and others that the phrase “propitiation for our sins” (1 John 4:10, NASB) above means that this “Love” (1 John 4:8) is for “believers only”. Why? because the word “our” in 1 John 4:10 refers to ‘any believer only’ as the phrase ‘whosoever believeth’ (in John 3:16) refers as well.

 

Here’s the Truth: they are partially right. What they claimed above is True except for the word “only” which is found NOWHERE in the verses which they quoted.

 

Yes, He is the “propitiation for our sins” (referring to believers as the “us” or “our”) but it does NOT end there —-> as apostle John himself in this ‘same’ letter (context) when speaking of this SAME TOPIC (sealing context irrefutably) —-> mentions with regards to Lord Jesus Christ being the ‘Propitiation of Sins’ not for “us” (believers, Christians, church) ONLY —> but also for the WHOLE WORLD too (other than the believers, church or Christians only) as it is Written in Verse below MAJESTICALLY:

 

“and He Himself is the Propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.” – apostle John (1 John 2:2, NASB)

 

In fact, in the chapter in concern just now (1 John 4), this SAME Truth is echoed just a few verses later after apostle John mentions how He (the Blessed One) being the Propitiation for our sins (is highlighted first, 1 John 4:10) but is NOT limited to “us only” (1 John 2:2)  —-> because He is the Unchangeable Saviour of the World as the “we” (True believers, Christians, Church, His Bride, right?) ought to Testify as it is Declared in Verse below, MAJESTICALLY again, Wow!

 

“We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.” – apostle John (1 John 4:14, NASB)

 

‘When we fight against the MAJESTIC Truth of God’s Holy WORD, we increase in ugliness’ – Unknown

 

*’Propitiation or Turning Away or the Ending of the Wrath of God’ = Mercy which Triumphs (or Ends) any [afterlife] Judgment Sentence as James 2:13 clearly mentions and this ‘same Mercy for us’ (yes, in Romans 11:30 – 31, these verses mention an analogy drawn clearly likewise regarding His Great Mercy for “us” believers-first) which is Promised later-Post-Judgment (as implied from earlier Judgment verses in Romans 11 itself)  —> toward ‘All the disobedient’ too in the FINAL VERSE regarding the END of JUDGMENT as MERCY as mentioned so CLEARLY in Romans 11:32. Can we REALLY see this AMAZING TRUTH?

Please note the words “sons of disobedience” (in Ephesians 5:6, NASB) and “all in disobedience” (in Romans 11:32) to see this Fact clearly as ‘it is Written’. Yes His Mercy is to “ALL the disobedient” eventually (Romans 11:32).

 

Will it come to Pass?

 

“So will My Word be which goes forth from My Mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I Desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11, NASB)

 

“Heaven and earth will pass away, but My Words will not pass away.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 24:35, NASB)

 

Are we having doubts regarding His Word as it is Written?

 

Will we (His Bride, Christians, the church) only ‘believe it after seeing all these things’?

 

“And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a Rewarder of those who seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:6, NASB)

 

“But he who doubts is condemned … and whatever is not from faith is sin.” (Part of Romans 14:23, the Principle only quoted omitting the given example for ’emphasis’ on the ‘general part’)

 

Conclusion

 

Whether we believe or not, it does NOT affect God’s Will which Will be Done by Christ Triumphantly. It only affects “us” with regards to ‘rewards’ (Hebrews 11:6) & ‘blessedness’  (John 20:29) especially in the ‘afterlife’:

 

“And all these, having gained approval through their faith, did not receive what was promised,” (Hebrews 11:39, NASB)

 

Please note that the ‘afterlife’ is implied in Hebrews 11:39 since the phrase “did NOT receive what was promised” (NASB) clearly points to things which they NEVER received on earth & thus cannot mean ‘the earthly blessings which some of them have received prior’. Can you see it?

 

Truly God does NOT change and NEVER Fails despite our ‘wrong or inaccurate translations too’ (here are two verses translated with pin point accuracy but are disbelieved greatly in regards  to what is actually Written, can you see this too?):

 

“For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the Faith of God without effect?

 

God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That Thou [God] mightest be justified in Thy sayings, and mightest overcome when Thou [God] art judged.” (Romans 3:3 – 4, KJV)

 

“Who [God our Saviour] will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.” (1 Timothy 2:4, KJV)

 

*[God our Saviour] is mentioned prior in 1 Timothy 2:3 (KJV).

 

Apostle Paul clearly knows the meaning of “us” or “our” or “those who believe” (1 Timothy 4:10) vs “all men” & did NOT make a mistake confusing these terms.

 

For example, if apostle Paul wanted to mean that God ‘only’ will have ‘believers’ to be Saved as popularly erred, then why he didn’t write the Greek equivalent to ‘those who believe’ or ‘us’ in 1 Timothy 2:4 meaning the English Translation could have read as one of the following options or equivalent:

 

‘Who [God our Saviour] will have THOSE WHO BELIEVE to be saved’

 

or

 

‘Who [God our Saviour] will have THOSE WHO BELIEVE ONLY to be saved’

 

or

 

‘Who [God our Saviour] will have BELIEVERS to be saved’

 

or

 

‘Who [God our Saviour] will have BELIEVERS ONLY to be saved’

 

or

 

‘Who [God our Saviour] will have HIS BRIDE  to be saved’

 

or

 

‘Who [God our Saviour] will have HIS BRIDE ONLY to be saved’

 

or

 

‘Who [God our Saviour] will have THE CHURCH to be saved’

 

or

 

‘Who [God our Saviour] will have THE CHURCH ONLY to be saved’

 

Shall I go on? The same could be said of 1 Timothy 4:10 where the terms “believers” and “all men” are contrasted clearly within this ‘same’ letter (perfect context) proving that apostle Paul knows the difference between “those who believe” vs “all men” & did NOT make a mistake. Here it is:

 

“For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the Living God, Who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.” (1 Timothy 4:10, KJV)

 

Did you notice that if popular theology is right and that the ‘all men’ refers to ‘believers from all time periods’ or equivalent (please ask your pastor or professor for ‘his own opinion’ regarding what ‘all men’ means in this verse & NOT in ‘other unrelated verses’), then we have:

 

“the Living God, Who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe” = the Living God, Who is the Saviour of ALL BELIEVERS FROM ALL TIME PERIODS, specially of those that believe

 

Does it make sense to you? Well, that’s what your professors claim, right?

 

If apostle Paul means ‘only believers are saved’, he could have written one of the following (and again, he did NOT):

 

‘Who is the Saviour of all BELIEVERS’

 

or

 

‘Who is the Saviour of all the CHURCH’

 

or

 

‘Who is the Saviour of all HIS BRIDE’

 

Now, please consider these last three phrases for emphasis with the remaining translation as follows (or any equivalent which may be constructed according your ‘professor’s personal choice of definition’ to see a ‘similar’ absurdity):

 

‘Who is the Saviour of all BELIEVERS, specially of those that believe’

 

or

 

‘Who is the Saviour of all the CHURCH, specially of those that believe’

 

or

 

‘Who is the Saviour of all HIS BRIDE, specially of those that believe’

 

So, is the BELIEVERS, CHURCH or BRIDE different from ‘those that believe’ from which ‘those who believe’ are more special?

 

Absurd you say? That’s what some of your pastors and professors say the meaning of ‘all men’ in that first part of that verse is, right? Not me.

 

For me ‘all men’ is ‘all human beings’. And if some of your pastor/professors agree with that definition and then try to deceive you (knowingly or unknowingly) by saying that it’s only ‘an availability for Salvation for all men’ but not that all men are saved, then please ask the following:

 

Are the ‘all men’ mentioned in 1 Timothy 2:4 and 1 Timothy 4:10 the same? (please note that it’s by the ‘same’ inspired author, apostle Paul in the same letter, talking about irrefutable context)

 

If they say ‘no’, then are there ‘different all men’s’ in such FACTUAL Statements? Are these verses in 1 Timothy 2:4 and 1 Timothy 4:10 Parabolic, Figures of speech or Colloquial speech? I say NO. It’s obvious that these are GENERAL FACTUAL Statements. Do you dare LIE against the Word of God by Saying otherwise that these are parables or figures of speech or that it is a colloquial type of speech in 1 Timothy 2:4 and 1 Timothy 4:10?

 

Thus since these verses are FACTUAL Statements, the phrase “all men” MUST refer to ALL HUMAN BEINGS. Simple, right? Best is, the meaning we claim here is ‘as it is Written’. Can you REALLY see the danger now of speaking against WHAT is ACTUALLY WRITTEN in HIS WORD?

 

It is thus clear that “the LIVING God as Saviour of  ALL MEN” as mentioned in 1 Timothy 4:10 means that “God WILL HAVE [verb in actual Greek] ALL MEN to be SAVED” as it is Written in 1 Timothy 2:4 where both these verses are accurately translated in the KJV. Well done KJV for this!

 

Do you dare speak against these Verses or change the meaning?

 

“For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 12:37, NASB)

 

God says:

 

“My Covenant I will not violate, Nor will I alter the Utterance of My Lips.” (Psalm 89:34, NASB)

 

Analyzing (or ‘catching them in their own craftiness’) as above is not out of what Scripture allows as this is ‘Linguistics’, isn’t it?

 

“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it has been written: “He is the One catching the wise in their craftiness.” – apostle Paul (1 Corinthians 3:19, BLB)

 

Please read the ‘other side of the coin too’ (Deuteronomy 1:17, John 7:51) since after all, ‘they’ are the ‘professors’ and ‘decide for yourselves which is right’ (Luke 12:57) according to which is “as it is WRITTEN”. All the best.

Please read the Gospels. Wasn’t Christ Recorded as Doing more Debates and Explanation with Regards to Scripture than anything else & shouldn’t we be following Him likewise (1 Corinthians 11:1)? indeed, these are of “Special” Importance because (please note the word “Specially” in 1 timothy 5:17):

 

“We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ,” (2 Corinthians 10:5, NASB)

 

How much Love is there in a heart which believes in annihilation or eternal Hell as opposed to Universal Reconciliation in Lord Jesus Christ Alone (easily seen with Colossians 1:16 with Colossians 1:20)? Truly:

 

“But now faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the Greatest of these is Love.” (1 Corinthians 13:13, NASB)

 

Yes, ‘listen to the WORDS’ as they ‘preach eternal Hell or annihilation’ instead of Christ Saving the World as it is WRITTEN and please ponder it with verse below, deeply:

 

“The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 6:45, NASB)

 

Can we understand it?

 

Gospel = Good News (yes, there is a Bad News of Judgment, but He Saves ALL from it too as Discussed) making only the Good News of Salvation to Prevail in the END:

 

Blessed be the Savior of the World, Lord Jesus Christ Who is the Chief CorrnerStone.

 

One Final Remark: Someone may say, God’s Hate cannot Save.

 

Reply: This is Far from the Truth. In Fact, His Hate or “FULL Burning ANGER” SAVES all upon whom it is Poured out eventually. Proof Verses?

 

““Therefore wait for Me,” declares the LORD,

“For the Day when I rise up as a witness.

Indeed, My decision is to gather nations,

To pour out on them My indignation,

All My burning anger;

For all the earth will be devoured

Indeed, God’s FULL Burning Anger (God’s Hate) as mentioned in Zephaniah 3:8 SAVES ALL upon whom that ANGER is Poured upon first since these SAME end up being as follows —-> “all of them may call on the name of the LORD” and “serve Him shoulder to shoulder” as mentioned in (Context) of the next verse, Zephaniah 3:9.

 

So, who says that God’s Anger cannot Save?

 

Can we see it IRREFUTABLY now as it is WRITTEN?

 

Yes, His FULL BURNING Anger does the Same to All to whom it is applied which is “SAVED” (Zephaniah 3:8 – 9) as explained since God has NO Partiality (Romans 2:11, Acts 10:34) and that’s why He is the ‘GOD of gods’ in that He is Impartial:

 

“For the LORD your God is the GOD of gods and the Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God who does not show partiality nor take a bribe.” (Deuteronomy 10:17, NASB)

 

Truly, God doesn’t  Change from being Love always (1 John 4:8).

Because God Will Fight His Own Battles and He does NOT need us to do so for Him:

Yes, to the point of ‘losing our life on earth too’, difficult indeed but that’s what He Commanded (Yes, He didn’t Command us to Wage War against any ‘other human beings’ for ‘our survival’ as Christians) as verses below clearly prove:

 

“For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 16:25, NASB)

Apostle Paul reaffirms this ‘same’ meaning:

All these things regarding LORD JESUS CHRIST SAVING the WHOLE WORLD EVENTUALLY is not a big deal but our eternal Hell & annihilation ministries are?

How does that fit in to the REAL MINISTRY as mentioned in VERSES below regarding God Reconciling the WHOLE WORLD EVENTUALLY?

 

(especially in light of 2 Corinthians 5:19 which can be understood with the definition in Colossians 1:16 & His Action regarding it in Colossians 1:20 as well) agreeing to the VERSES below PERFECTLY (Romans 12:2):

 

“Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation,

namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their [the World’s] trespasses [sin] against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.” – apostle Paul (2 Corinthians 5:18 – 20, NASB)

 

As even the ForeRunner for Christ in the ‘spirit and power of Elijah’ (Luke 1:17, Malachi 4:5, Matthew 11:14) was the First to Declare PROPHETICALLY as it is WRITTEN in Verse below MAJESTICALLY too:

 

“The next day he [John the Baptist] saw Jesus coming to him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God Who takes away the Sin of the World!” (John 1:29, NASB)

 

*Sin of the World [singular] = ALL Sin of the World. Can we see this BEAUTIFUL FACT too?

He [Lord Jesus Christ] is the One Who was to Come into the World, to Save it (John 3:17)!

 

“She says to Him, “Yes, Lord; I have believed that You are the Christ, the Son of God, the One Coming into the World.” (John 11:27, BLB)

 

Please note that in verse below, the ‘looked down upon’ – Samaritan Woman & other Samaritans – an outcast to the ‘chosen Israelites’ —> “believed” that “He is the Saviour of the World” with ‘no’ Verses (I don’t think she knows deep Scriptural Exegesis). Shouldn’t we believe after reading ‘all these New Testament Verses’ which clearly Speak so?

 

“And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard Him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the World.” (John 4:42, KJV)

 

Indeed, the WILL OF GOD is GOOD and PERFECT, can we understand it?:

 

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the Renewing of your mind, so that you may Prove what the Will of God is, that which is Good and Acceptable and Perfect.” – apostle Paul (Romans 12:2, NASB)
