I Keep Remembering my sins

But, why is God Perfectly Good as the verse below explains the final destiny (in principle)?

“I, even I, am the one who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake; And I will not remember your sins.” (Isaiah 43:25)

P/S:

He chose not to destroy me but instead, “Loved” me back “freely”.

Maybe this is what will cause men to “return back to Him” with no possibility of turning back again…
