Pearls to swine

Lord Jesus said:

“Don’t cast pearls to swine” in (Matthew 7:6)

What is the pearl and who is the swine?

Two possibilities:

Possibility 1.
Pearl = Eternal hell’s “save myself” only plan.
Swine = True Gospel’s foolish “save all” plan. – believers

Possibility 2.
Pearl = True Gospel’s foolish “save all” plan.
Swine = Eternal hell’s “save myself” only plan. – believers

Who is right?
You decide for yourselves.

Clue: A swine only thinks about “itself” ( e.g. analogous to “save himself” – a.k.a. personal salvation as opposed to universal salvation through Christ alone).
