Preaching After Falling?

Can one continue to preach His Word after falling or “not” practising it?

A Verse allows “right preaching” regardless by people who “don’t practice it”.

Proof?

“So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 23:3)

The only thing is that the ones “not” practicing it (like me) at “those times” of preaching come under God’s Judgment but the verse above doesn’t prohibit preaching.

To avoid God’s Judgment?
The Preacher “must repent” (to attain “well done” instead of just “well said” as per the quote in picture) .

P/S:

Note that our Blessed Saviour does “not” say, ‘don’t listen to those preaching without practising’ (in the verse quoted above) but just that “do what they preach” (rightly) but “don’t do what they do, for they don’t practice what they preach”.
