Real Love

Read Carefully: “not” that we Loved God

“in this is the love, not that we loved God, but that He did love us, and did send His Son a propitiation for our sins.” (1 John 4:10)

“and He (Jesus) — He is a propitiation for our sins, and not for ours (Christians) only, but also for the whole world (all),” (1 John 2:2)

Very True.
The saints have testified to this fact too.

Why?
One reason: All of the religious follow after God to “get something” out of Him (money, prosperity, peace, life in the coming age, to escape Hell etc —> all selfish) but God doesn’t personally gain anything for Himself by having us (Selfless —> Perfect True Love).

P/S:

Hence, all have fallen short the Glory of God.
