Reconcile All Created Things – Lake of Fire
Verses:
“15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.” – apostle Paul (Colossians 1:15 – 20, NIV)
Context – What is the Proper Contextual Biblical Understanding of this?
Please Consider:
The Irrefutable Context of Consecutive Verses in Colossians above proves that the “Reconciliation of All Things” refers to the Reconciliation of “All Created things”.
How?
“FirstBorn over All Creation” (Verse 15).
“All things Created” (Verse 16).
“Reconcile All things” (Verse 20).
No ‘man-made manipulations’ can change “God’s Word as it is Written”.
Let us not be deceived otherwise.
P/S: Simple Context with “no” twisting
“All Creation” (Verse 15) = “All things Created” (Verse 16) = “Reconcile All things” (Verse 20)
There is an afterlife Judgment for some but His Mercy Triumphs over it ending it rejoicingly eventually (James 2:13) and this same Mercy is Promised to All (Romans 11:32), both the obedient and the disobedient too post Judgment (Romans 11:29 – 31) and that’s why in the end God is the Savior of “All men” (All human beings ever created) but “specially of believers” (who become greater in His Kingdom for believing & obeying Him as Matthew 5:19 implies too) as even the Infamous Conclusion Verse below Reveals Majestically:
“9This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation. 10For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.11These things command and teach.” – apostle Paul (1 Timothy 4:9 – 11, KJV)
Yes, as Christians we ought to preach this Truth as well as Verse 11 above Commands.
P/S 2: How about the Lake of Fire?
Lake of Fire – Will it eventually be Abolished?
I think so because reconciliation is for the “thirsty ones” from the “Lake of Fire” as Revelation 22:17 Reveals both God’s Spirit and the “Bride” (Perfected Church) calling out toward others.
This means that since reconciliation is possible from the Lake of Fire, there’s no point in the Lake of Fire being eternal.
Even if the Lake of Fire is eternal, I believe that those who are reconciled from it cannot be harmed anymore from it post reconciliation the same way it does not affect those of the First Resurrection in a harmful manner (Revelation 20:4 – 6).
Lord Jesus Christ does NOT fail, Christ Triumphant!
P/S 3: Did First Christianity Preach this?
Yes. Please refer to the Freely Downloadable PDF format ‘Lost Orthodoxy Book’ in link above to View these pages discussing these details and more agreeing to all this:
(i) The ‘thirsty ones’ being Reconciled from the Lake of Fire mentioned clearly in the Ancient Christian-Judeo Sibyline Prophecies (Pages 273, 277).
(ii) The ‘thirsty ones’ in Revelation 22:17 must refer to the ‘wicked who are tossed into the Lake of Fire’ as the Ancient Christian-Judeo Sibyline Prophecies mention in Page 274.
(iii) Further exegesis regarding these ‘thirsty ones’ from the ‘Lake of Fire’ (Please refer to Pages 68, 110, 154, 210, 212, 221, 261, 266, 343, 360, 365, 458, 461).
(iv) Did the other Ancient Christian Books which were Accepted by First Christianity Preach this Truth as well though hidden from ‘Public Knowledge’?
Yes:
Example: Apocalypse of Peter
Apocalypse of Peter reveals that Lord Jesus Christ Saves from the Final Gehenna or Lake of Fire Judgment too (Page 533).
Is the Apocalypse of Peter endorsed?
Yes, by the First and Oldest known Christian Cannon called the Muratorian Fragment (Pages 530 – 531). For Further Edifying Reading, please consider Pages 534 – 536 too.
Peace to you
