Redemption – Christ the Redeemer of the World

Focus Point: His Glorious Return – The Redeemer of the World with His Saints.

“For I know that My Redeemer Liveth, and that He shall Stand at the latter day upon the Earth:” – Job (Job 19:25, KJV)

or in a different Translation:

“That — I have known My Redeemer, The Living and the Last, For the Dust He doth Rise.” (Job 19:25, YLT)

1) He Will Return on the Mount of Olives

“And after He had said these things, He [Lord Jesus Christ] was Lifted Up while they were looking on, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And as they were gazing intently into the sky while He was going, behold, two men in white clothing stood beside them. They also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven. Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath day’s journey away.” (Acts of the Apostles, Acts 1:9 – 12, NASB)

2) His Beautiful Feet will Touch the Mount of Olives in THAT DAY:

“In that Day His Feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in its middle from east to west by a very large valley, so that half of the mountain will move toward the north and the other half toward the south.” (Zechariah 14:4, NASB)

3) He Will Come with the Multitude of His Saints from one end of the heavens to the other

“And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, Prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of His Saints,” (Jude 1:14, KJV)

Conclusion

“BEHOLD, HE IS COMING WITH THE CLOUDS, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. So it is to be. Amen.” (Revelation 1:7, NASB)

“He said: “The LORD came from Sinai and dawned upon us from Seir; He shone forth from Mount Paran and came with myriads of holy ones, with Flaming Fire at His right hand.” (Deuteronomy 33:2, NASB)

P/S: The Perfect Judge and Beautiful Saviour

“… In wrath remember mercy.

God comes from Teman,

And the Holy One from Mount Paran.

Selah.

His splendor covers the heavens,

And the earth is full of His praise.

His radiance is like the sunlight;

He has rays flashing from His hand,

And there is the hiding of His power.” (Habakkuk 3:2 – 4, NASB)

I repeat, “Oh, Blessed Judge of All men, In wrath remember mercy” (during Judgment, based on Habakkuk 3:2).

How?

His Mercy will Triumph over to stop/end any afterlife Judgment sentence eventually which we deserve due to our sins (be it the ‘eternal hell’ sentence itself) and thereafter He can Save them by His Mercy post (afterlife) Judgment too as the Verse below Implies:

“For judgment will be merciless to one who has shown no mercy; Mercy triumphs over Judgment.” – apostle James (James 2:13, NASB)

This MERCY is PROMISED to ALL eventually as GOD ALONE is GOOD and His Perfection (Matthew 5:48) Demands HIS LOVE (Agape, as Described as UNFAILING or NEVER ENDING being GREATEST too in 1 Corinthians 13) towards His ENEMIES as well (Matthew 5:44):

“For God has shut up ALL in DISOBEDIENCE so that He may show MERCY to ALL.” – apostle Paul (Romans 11:32, NASB)

Or in another translation (please note the word ALL carefully – whilst realizing that the Original Greek of this Verse does NOT have any word such as “may” or “maybe” here but it is a “certainty” which will be “Fulfilled in its own Divine-Kairois Times, 1 Timothy 2:6 appointed for it to “become a Testimony” or ‘come to pass’ for EACH of the ALL” – can we see it?)

“Who [Lord Jesus Christ] did give Himself a Ransom for ALL — the testimony in its own times –” – apostle Paul (1 Timothy 2:6, YLT)

Which ALL? For ALL sinners in the World (or Kosmos), HIS RANSOM as the PROPITIATION for ALL Sin of the whole WORLD will apply till it is ALL taken away and gone forever eventually, Verses:

“and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins [any believer’s sins]; and not for ours [any believer’s sins] only, but also for those of the whole world.” – apostle John (1 John 2:2, NASB)

“The next day he [the Forerunner, John the Baptist] saw Jesus coming to him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away [All] the sin of the world!” (John 1:29, NASB)

[emphasis Mine for clarity]

Truly,

“It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the WORLD [Kosmos] to SAVE SINNERS, among whom I am foremost of all.” – apostle Paul (1 Timothy 1:15, NASB)

“For God hath concluded them ALL in UNBELIEF, that He might have MERCY upon ALL.” – apostle Paul (Romans 11:32, KJV)

Who said that “unbelief” or “disobedience” is the ‘limit to what God can act relative to a person’?

Romans 11:32 clearly mentions GOD OVERCOMING the “unbelief” (KJV) or “disobedience” (NASB) belonging to ALL including “the ENEMIES of the GOSPEL too, as the Context of Consecutive Verses mentions first in Romans 11:28”.

That’s why HIS PERFECT GIFT of SALVATION through HIS MERCY is IRREVOCABLE (Romans 11:29) and apostle Paul Writes to Remind us of that Irrefutable Biblical Truth to which ALL (Romans 11:32)?

BOTH the relatively “obedient vs the disobedient too” (Romans 11:30 – 31) as this SECRET or MYSTERY of the GOSPEL applies first to the ‘disobedient enemies of the Gospel from Israel first’ (Romans 11:28) till ALL ISRAEL SAVED eventually as PROPHESIED in Holy Scripture (Romans 11:26) where this “being SAVED” refers to the CONTEXT of SALVATION from THEIR SINS too as the next (consecutive) Verse in Romans 11:27 clearly mentions.

If anyone claims otherwise, please prove your claim regarding which ALL by quoting CONSECUTIVE VERSES ONLY in Romans 11 as it is Done above or if it can’t be done, such alternate beliefs were NEVER based on what’s actually WRITTEN in the Bible in these Verses and ‘remain an opinion of men’ (of which I don’t subscribe to).

I would Prefer to Stick to Holy Scripture in Consecutive Verses too explaining its Meaning as it is Written first.

Peace to you

Maranatha, even so come Lord Jesus Christ.

Blessed be the Most Holy Savior of the World!

P/S 2: Why does God Allow Suffering?

Story Time: A Poor Boy, his Mother and the God of Hope

Once, there a lived a poor boy with his mother.

As a kid, the boy said to his mother, “one day, I will buy a big house for you to stay”.

His mother smiled and said that it’s not necessary at all.

Time went by and the boy became a man. Deep inside, he remembered his childhood promise to his mom but he couldn’t fulfill it due his lack of capability or wisdom in the shrewed art of making money (e. g. Luke 16:8).

One day, his mother died and the boy lost all hope to ever fulfill his wish toward his mother.

Why did God allow it as such?

Because God had Greater Plans, that is, to give that poor mother a Mansion in Heaven instead which would far exceed and pale all earthly homes in comparison as it is Written:

“In My Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.” – Lord Jesus Christ (John 14:2, NASB)

The HERO, Lord Jesus Christ Fulfills that poor boy’s wish toward his mother in a ‘higher’ way beyond this World in His Kingdom:

“Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting so that I would not be handed over to the Jews; but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm.” (John 18:36, NASB)

Conclusion

A great tragedy or suffering on earth may actually be a Great Blessing in the afterlife and beyond, as it is Written:

“Women received back their dead by resurrection; and others were tortured, not accepting their release, so that they might obtain a BETTER RESURRECTION;” (Hebrews 11:35, NASB)

Sometimes, ‘the greater the earthly suffering’ —-> ‘the BETTER the RESURRECTION too’ (as Hebrews 11:35 clearly implies). This Verse too means that in Principle:

“For it is better, if God should will it so, that you suffer for doing what is right rather than for doing what is wrong.” – apostle Peter (1 Peter 3:17, NASB)

Truly, that’s how ALL THINGS (including ‘unfairness’ or ‘tragedy’ in life too) can become GOOD toward those who LOVE GOD, for example in obtaining a BETTER RESURRECTION (Hebrews 11:35) as the Verse below Echoes Beautifully when UNDERSTOOD:

“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” – apostle Paul (Romans 8:28, NASB)

P/S:

“And the lord commended the unrighteous steward that he did prudently, because the sons of this age are more prudent than the sons of the light, in respect to their generation.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 16:8, YLT)

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,

Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,

So are My ways higher than your ways

And My thoughts than your thoughts.” – God Speaks (in Isaiah 55:8 – 9, NASB)
