Suffering is not necessarily a sign that “you are against God” but rather in most instances it means that “you are on the right track” as both the verse in picture and the one below agrees to it (please note the word “all”):
“Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.” (2 Timothy 3:12)
*Note: persecuted (involves “suffering”)
This answers a common fallacy often asked by certain people who see you preaching The Gospel but also note that you’re “not” rich or financially successful to which they reply,
“look at your life, you’re suffering & so why should I believe the Gospel which allows such?”
An answer to this is the write up above where we note that it’s actually “advantageous to suffer for the Gospel in the greater afterlife perspective, hence it is allowed such” (Be Wise in God’s Word).
