The Curse – Never Satisfied

Instead of satisfying you, it will actually cause a “greater craving” for it each time and you’ll most likely be enslaved by that thing you love (e.g. “Love of money” which the Bible clearly warns off):

“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have…” (first part of Hebrews 13:5)

And here’s the “never satisfied” (restless – curse which follows):

“Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless (vanity).” (Ecclesiastes 5:10)
