Let’s begin with my response to the question:
“what should Israel really do if it was ever to become a Christian nation/not a Jewish one?”
Simple: The answer is actually a question, “What would Lord Jesus do?”
It’s not about me nor my opinions all the time.
Would Lord Jesus authorize the “defence of Israel” even though they have those excuses? No. He Will let the Palestinians have their land & let Himself be killed to prove His Love for His enemies. We ought to do the same.
That’s what “God’s Will” in this Palestinian- Israeli conflict is for a “believer in Christ”. Sounds foolish, silly & too loving? That’s Who God is. If they do that, I believe something supernatural will occur.
However, it will “never” happen since none of us are “true” Christ-like Christians to do that (even me).
Dying – Reason.
What are you dying for?
1. For a belief where in the name of justice & preservation of your family, you kill your enemies?
2. How about a belief in some “god” which causes you to kill people of other religions?
3. Next, killing others in the name of racism or some form of fascism?
Truth is, all the reasons above are “wrong” in the eyes of the True God, Who is not a murderer.
In fact, He exhorts True believers to go further to be peacemakers & end “wars”. However, they will not listen to the Truth but rather heed to the voices of bloodthirsty men.
So, the end has come & it might well be the “beginning of sorrows” (Matthew 24:8) as Christ said, “nation will rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom…” (Matthew 24:7)
Thus, it’s not about how you die or be killed but rather for “what”? If it’s for one of the reasons stated above, it’s shameful indeed under the Light of Truth.
The Best Reason to die is “for Christ”, not resisting, cursing nor fighting back your murderers, but rather submitting as a lamb led to slaughter (true innocence).
The best part is to “not hope” that your murderers “roast in hell eternally or are tortured beyond imagination by God” for “your murder”.
By True Principles of Christ (emulating Him), we have to believe & hope for the forgiveness of even our murderers in the “future”.
Sounds impossible?
SomeOne did it Perfectly.
Who?
Lord Jesus Christ Himself.
God doesn’t ask us to do something which He Himself cannot or hasn’t or will not do. The precedence has been set by the Perfect One.
Set thy eyes upon Him & finish thy race of faith, “beautifully”.
Remember, that’s why Christ our Blessed Lord cried out Truthfully somewhere between His last words after His horrific Torture and before His Beautiful Death on His Cross:
“Father, forgive them for they do not what they are doing” – Lord Jesus Christ in (Luke 23:34).

True Zionism is you dying for others to emulate Christ in demonstrating that His Love & Will to Save the World (which shall come to pass in its appropriate times into the ages to come) is True!
True Zionism does “not” involve “any killing” for whatever reasons especially in the name of “God”. Blessed be His Holy Name & may it not be blasphemed further by “evil men”.
Lastly, remember that in the entire New Testament Scripture, there is “not one verse” even hinting “any providence of killing” or “war” to be launched “in the Name of Christ” even for the man-made excuse to “defend” the Gospel, such as the bloody “crusades” in the past.
Yes, not even one such verse exists.
Bound by this New Testament age’s Covenant, we’re only commanded to Love & if needed, to lay down our lives for Christ in such manner (as True Martyrs of Christ).
Easier said than done? I agree.
That’s why “theory” is easier than the “practical”.
