What is meant by keeping God’s commands under the New Testament?
An interesting verse: Keeping God’s commands
The verse below clearly proves that “Keeping God’s Commands” has “nothing” to do with “keeping ritualistic acts of the Law” (in Principle) such as “circumcision” in the current New Testament times:
“Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing. Keeping God’s commands is what counts.” (1 Corinthians 7:19)
P/S:
Read carefully and meditate/think about it and “you may see this principle” in the verse above. Why? Isn’t “circumcision” once considered as “keeping God’s commands” under the Old Testament Law? Not anymore and the claim follows.
