Mastering “known Mathematics” is a good thing.
But I consider those who “found new Mathematics” (discoverers in the field) to be the “real geniuses of Math”.
P/S:
And the other more important thing is this,
“it’s rarely about how much you know”
versus
“how much you are willing to teach or share toward others”
(regardless of your student’s race, with “no” partiality) which matters before God.
Now, this is a reason why it’s written that “having all knowledge” (e.g. in Mathematics) but with “no Love” (e.g. partialist knowledge sharing or not sharing knowledge at all) amounts to “nothing” before “God”:
“If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.” (1 Corinthians 13:2)
