What is the use of Fear?

The “Fear of God” may also be viewed as follows with regards to “speech”:

“Do not fear when you speak the Truth; However, Fear greatly if you have spoken lies”

P/S:

Such a “Fear” is “beneficial” because it helps you to stick to “speaking Truth” only.
