Lust – Judgment Warning – Against Lust

Lust often begins in the “eye”.

Verses (by the Blessed Lord Himself):

“Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:

But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 5:27 – 29, KJV)

The Great Healing of the Eye toward “Perfection” which affects the whole body to be “enlightened”:

“The lamp of the body is the eye, if, therefore, thine eye may be perfect, all thy body shall be enlightened” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 6:22, YLT)

*Perfection in verse above refers to a Greek Word which accounts for a “singularity, even clarity without double-mindedness nor secret agendas”

Example:

“But he knoweth not that the dead are there; and that her guests are in the depths of hell [Sheol, Hades]” (Proverbs 9:18, WBT)

**Depths of Sheol = Afterlife punishment regions of Sheol (Hell)

Yes, we must ‘speak Judgment too’ (not Love only to account for proper Justice):

“The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.” (Psalm 37:30, KJV)

Lust is a road which leads straight to Hell. We need to be actively aware of this as Christians.

Now, True Love (God’s Love) has nothing to do with lust. In fact, only God’s True Love can cast out lust when His Love ♥ abides in us (yes, God’s Love or ‘Agape’ is the ‘only True Love’):

“We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.” – apostle John (1 John 4:16, NASB)
