Belief in One God?

Spurgeon must be referring to the verse below:

“You believe that there is one God. That’s fine! Even the demons believe that and tremble with fear.” (James 2:19)

P/S:

It’s correct that there is One God and even the Demons believe that and “tremble with fear”.
