Answer
a^2(b-c)-16b^2(b-c)
= (b -c) [ a^2-16b^2 ]
=(b -c) [ a^2-(4b)^2 ]
= (b -c) [ ( a + 4b ) ( a – 4b) ]
= (b -c) ( a + 4b ) ( a – 4b)
