Giving?

A Nice Perspective is shown in picture (though it’s just a movie).

We need to ask ourselves,

“What did I give to that particular person whom God has led me to at some point in my life?”

P/S:

We need to stop asking “What I received” from that person and focus on “What I can give” instead and hoping for “nothing in return” since He commanded it too in the verse below:

Yes, a key difference is that our Blessed Saviour takes it to the “perfection” level of not just doing these things toward your friends, family & loves ones but also toward your “enemies” (the ‘highest giving act of Love’ indeed):

“But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because He is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 6:35)
