The world versus The Word

The world teaches, “marriages are made in heaven”.

The Word Teaches, “At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.” (Matthew 22:30)

In other words, there is “no” marriage in heaven. Hence, marriages are “not” made in heaven.

These are “earthly” things.

A personal secret:
“When I heard demons (in the past), they reeled me with the ‘true love’ fantasy of finding someone to marry as their bait set against the True Love of God. Why? For example note that marriage’s love is “sexual” in nature (conditional) and thus impure compared to God’s unconditional Love alone”.

Marriage is not wrong but “worshipping it’s love” being the “main focus” of one’s life is an easy bait for Satan to play upon to bring one “away from God” into “fantasies of the carnal mind”.

Similarly, some have developed the “mother’s love or father’s love fantasies” (conditional to blood relation) which is impure contrasted against God’s only, Unconditional Love.
