Who are the Best Employers?
The Best Employers are the ones who are generous in distributing their profits to their employees.
How much profit should you share?
That depends on ‘your heart’; how much you give or have given relative to what you have reveals your ‘giving heart’ accordingly.
It’s this same simple rule of “percentage” giving which the God Himself taught and it applies to all (who gave the most? Tough indeed, I agree):
“Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.” (Mark 12:43 – 44)
P/S:
(1) Pay them in time too:
“You shall give him his wages on his day before the sun sets, for he is poor and sets his heart on it; so that he will not cry against you to the LORD and it become sin in you.” (Deuteronomy 24:15)
(2) Pay them the fair rate (not according to ‘what you think & you hold back what’s due to them by paying or exploiting with lower rates’- God knows):
“Behold, the pay of the laborers who mowed your fields, and which has been withheld by you, cries out against you; and the outcry of those who did the harvesting has reached the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.” (James 5:4)
(3) Don’t overwork your employees & pay them worthily
“For the Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle an ox treading out grain,” and, “The workman is worthy of his wages.” (1 Timothy 5:18)
