A Warning: The Worst Nighmare

A Verse:

I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before Mine Eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.” (Isaiah 66:4 (KJV))

What does it mean?

‘their fears’ (Hell, torture, demons etc.) —> and ‘their delusions’ (worst nightmares) —> God will bring it (by His choice) —> upon “them”.

Who are ‘they/them’ and ‘why’?

The ones who —> ‘did not answer’ —> when “He called”

The ones who —> ‘did not hear’ —> when “He spoke”

The ones who —> ‘did evil’ —> before “His Eyes”

The ones who —> ‘chose’ (by free will) —> things which “God” did “not” delight in (e.g. sinful abominations).

P/S:

Be careful of going against the ‘Almighty’.

He Will ‘prove’ to anyone’s worthless ‘jests’ (mockery) and ‘actions’ (evil) by bringing it ‘all’ upon you for “real” according to what one’s ‘filthy’ mouth spoke against Him:

Woe to the wicked–it will go badly for them, for what they have done will be done to them” (Isaiah 3:11)

The first question any man (or creation) must ask before going against God is this: ‘Who am I?’ —> put it in another way, ‘who are you to go against God?’ (know your place).

Also, ‘Wisdom’ speaks in that ‘she will laugh at you’ and ‘not answer you’ either:

I (Wisdom) will also laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your dread comes, When your dread comes like a storm and your calamity comes like a whirlwind, When distress and anguish come upon you.”

“Then they will call on me, but I will not answer; They will seek me diligently but they will not find me,

“Because they hated knowledge and did not choose the fear of the LORD.”

“They would not accept my counsel, They spurned all my reproof.”

“So they shall eat of the fruit of their own way and be satiated with their own devices.”

“For the waywardness of the naive will kill them, and the complacency of fools will destroy them.”

“But he who listens to me shall live securely and will be at ease from the dread of evil.” (Proverbs 1:26 – 33)

Remember, it’s “not” a joke as ‘God’ may even “Laugh” at ‘you’ (while you writhe in ‘horror’ upon your punishments) as ‘it is written’:

but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for He knows their Day is coming.” (Psalm 37:13)

But You, O LORD, laugh at them; You scoff at all the nations.” (Psalm 59:8)

He Who sits in the Heavens laughs, The Lord scoffs at them. Then He will speak to them in His anger and terrify them in His fury, saying,” (Psalm 2:4 – 5)

“‘You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.’”

“Now therefore, O kings, show discernment; Take warning, O judges of the earth.”

“Worship the LORD with reverence and rejoice with trembling.”

“Do homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the way, For His wrath may soon be kindled. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!” (Psalm 2:9 – 12)
