Can God Fail to Save All Men?

Please consider these verses together and let us be astounded!

(i) Has God Willed (or Desired) it? Yes

“Who (God) will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.” (1 Timothy 2:4)

(ii) Is the conclusion for men that God saves them all eventually? Yes

“It is a trustworthy statement deserving full acceptance. For it is for this we labor and strive, because we have fixed our hope on the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of believers. Prescribe and teach these things.” (1 Timothy 4:9 – 11)

(iii) Can God’s Will or Desire as revealed in His Word ever fail to come to pass? No

“So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11)

P/S:

Apostle Paul warned of “False Doctrines” before proceeding to “declare the Truth that God Saves all men, especially believers” (in meaning, verb equivalent) in 1 Timothy 4:10 as follows:

“But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons, by means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron” (1 Timothy 4:1 – 2)
