Keep Away From Them

Keep away from anyone (especially a Christian) who:

1) Lies to you (teaches false teachings)
2) Disrespects you (uses abusive language, causes constant friction)
3) Uses you (supposes that godliness is a means of gain)
4) Puts you down (does not agree with sound words, has envy, strife and a depraved mind)

Does Love allow this?
Yes.

Why?
Because “Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.” (1 Corinthians 13:6)

Really? What if they are Christians?
Yes; If they are Christians you’re even “more” welcomed to “completely cut-out” any relationship with them (e.g. ‘Facebook Block’) on the condition they “don’t hold to the doctrine of truth” (for example, supporting ‘false teachings’ especially those ‘money-related’ ones perverting His True Gospel).

Remember, you’re “only” allowed to “judge Christians” as this verse underlines this principle:

What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church (non-Christians)? Are you not to judge those inside (Christians)?” – apostle Paul (1 Corinthians 5:12)

Verses? What’s the trait of these ‘false’ teachings?

Read carefully (again and again)

(i) They think Godliness (following Christ) is a means of “gain” (to get protection, money, prosperity etc –> e.g. teachers of ‘prosperity gospel’)

If anyone advocates a different doctrine and does not agree with sound words, those of our Lord Jesus Christ, and with the doctrine conforming to godliness, he is conceited and understands nothing; but he has a morbid interest in controversial questions and disputes about words, out of which arise envy, strife, abusive language, evil suspicions, and constant friction between men of depraved mind and deprived of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain.” – apostle Paul (1 Timothy 6:3 – 5)

(ii) Having a form of godliness (especially Christian on the outside) —> but inside, … (read the description in the verses below) … —>What to do? have nothing to do with such people.

People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.” – apostle Paul (2 Timothy 3:2 – 5)

(iii) If you greet and welcome such ‘Christians’ who bring such teaching, the verse below states that you clearly —> “participate in his evil deeds”.

Anyone who goes too far and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God; the one who abides in the teaching, he has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house, and do not give him a greeting; for the one who gives him a greeting participates in his evil deeds.” – apostle John (2 John 1:9 – 11)

P/S:

That’s another reason why I had to ‘quit church’ simply because I ‘learned’ that “not” only it’s teaching a false doctrine with regards to ‘Salvation’, it also taught a ‘false doctrine’ with regards to ‘money’.

Make your stand today as these “verses instruct”.

In the end, it’s “your choice” to ‘obey or not’ (freewill).
