Lake of Fire – Mercy – ALL to REPENTANCE eventually

Let’s begin with a Question first:

How about this Verse (Revelation 22:14) regarding His Commandments?

“Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.” ((Revelation 22:14, KJV)

Reply:

For the non-Elect, it’s only after Post Afterlife Judgment —> after His Mercy Triumphs over it (James 2:13 and Romans 11:32, yes even as per His Great Prophecy Regarding this in John 12:32 too).

Verse in image, pertaining to “His Commandments too”.

The verse you quoted pertain to the righteous or the chosen obtaining it first (1 Corinthians 15:20 – 23, different order or time, 1 Timothy 2:6 too).

P/S: Understanding His Great Mercy

With Mercy, God Makes the Impossible —> Possible by His Intervention without Breaking His Principles (Romans 9:16).

Example: An [afterlife] Judgment Sentence tells us what we deserve by Law, but by His Mercy, it can be cancelled and we may be Saved (e. g. His Great Mercy toward All Creation, setting them Free into the Glorious Liberty of the Children of God, being Sinless Eternally is Promised in Romans 8:20 – 21).

This Agrees to the END that God becomes “All in all” (1 Corinthians 15:28), where He Fills “all” creation with “All” of Himself.

All = God’s Fulness

all = all Creation

The Gospel is Truly Good News!

Blessed be the Savior of the World, Lord Jesus Christ!

Thank-you GOD.

Peace to you

Conclusion

“Our Lord is the One who delivers man [all men], and who heals the inventor of evil himself” — Gregory of Nyssa (332-398 A.D.), leading theologian of the Eastern Church

Apostle Peter mentions that apostle Paul in his letters (2 Peter 3:2) speak of the Long-suffering of our Lord to be SALVATION (2 Peter 3:15) as the END post-Judgment & Renewal in FIRE (2 Peter 3:10 – 13, agreeing to Malachi 3:2, Revelation 21:5, Ecclesiastes 3:11) —> of which whenever someone does NOT understand this, it leads to some type of DESTRUCTION (2 Peter 3:16, Matthew 13:19).

Please note the word ALL in 2 Peter 3:9 pertaining to “ALL to come to REPENTANCE” (NASB, Can you see it?) which is the WILL of GOD [which is Immutable, Isaiah 55:9, Isaiah 55:11, Numbers 23:19, Isaiah 46:10, Jeremiah 23:20, Matthew 24:35, Isaiah 14:24] —-> as Prophesied to COME to PASS EVENTUALLY (in this life or in the afterlife via the spiritual realm itself, implied in 1 Corinthians 15:19 too) by GOD HIMSELF (in Isaiah 45:23 regarding ALL Rational Creatures with a TONGUE; so, do we doubt Him or believe in Him? Job 23:13).

That is why apostle Paul (in his definition of the Gospel, 1 Corinthians 15:1)—-> skips the age-during Judgment part entirely much to the amazement of Bible scholars too in his letters.

For example, did you notice that apostle Paul (who is responsible for about 50% of the New Testament Content) did NOT mention eternal Hell or eternal Fire even once? Only once did he mention the age-during destruction in 2 Thessalonians 1:9. This would be very strange of him if indeed ‘eternal hell’ was the main message of the Gospel.

Why? Because these are ‘elementary (basic level) teaching’ (as such topics are mentioned thus in Hebrews 6:1 – 3) —> which apostle Paul knows that these relate to the age-during Judgment (2 Thessalonians 1:9) which are NOT the END or ‘forever’ —> and thus he focused on the END (1 Corinthians 15:24) of the GOSPEL (1 Corinthians 15:1) detailing it in 1 Corinthians 15 —-> to be God being ‘ALL in all’ eventually (1 Corinthians 15:28) where the rest of the chapter deals with the Major Details leading toward this END.

For example, in regards to the SALVATION (2 Peter 3:15, 2 Peter 3:9) of ALL men (1 Timothy 2:4, 1 Timothy 4:10) —> eventually in the Various Divine TIMES appointed for this (1 Timothy 2:6, 1 Corinthians 15:23, Ephesians 1:10) —> as part of the TIMES for the RESTORATION of ALL things (Acts 3:21, Can we see it?) —-> how the ‘spirit’ lives to God eventually by obtaining the Resurrection of the Dead (1 Corinthians 15:20) —–> toward ALL MEN (1 Corinthians 15:21 – 22), yes which includes ALL MEN (1 Timothy 2:4, 1 Timothy 4:10, Titus 2:11) —> I repeat ALL MEN in the ‘Context’ of 1 Corinthians 15 itself (CONSECUTIVE VERSES, 1 Corinthians 15:49) —> where the HOPE for this RESURRECTION includes BOTH the WICKED and RIGHTEOUS too (Acts 24:15). How can it include the WICKED or the UNGODLY too eventually? Please note the phrase “Him [God] Who JUSTIFIES the ungodly” (in Romans 4:5, NASB) —> which is the SAME, the MANY and ALL MEN too who were will be made RIGHTEOUS (Romans 5:19) and JUSTIFIED to LIFE too (Romans 5:18) by the RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD toward ALL eventually (as PROMISED PROPHETICALLY in Romans 3:22)*.

Yes, the SAME ALL MEN who are CONDEMNED in ADAM (Romans 5:12) —-> will be JUSTIFIED to LIFE eventually in CHRIST (Romans 5:18).

Indeed, the SAME the MANY who are MADE SINNERS in ADAM (Romans 5:14 – 15) —> is the SAME the MANY who will be MADE RIGHTEOUS eventually in CHRIST (Romans 5:19).

We take the VERSES as it is WRITTEN ONLY and do NOT add NOR remove from His Holy Words. Do you do the same?

*Please note the phrase “the RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD [Isaiah 45:24**] which is by FAITH OF Jesus Christ unto ALL and upon all them that believe” in Romans 3:22. Yes, the word/phrase ALL and THOSE BELIEVING as it occurs in this Verse in Romans 3:22 clearly proves that (these two are distinct). It is NOT ‘all those believing meant here’ as some translations err simply because the phrase “those believing” is sufficient for this without the ALL as both are found in Romans 3:22 itself.

In fact, only the highly accurate word to word translations such as the KJV and YLT make this distinction clear as it is Written. For example, the KJV does NOT write “all them that believe” ONLY in Romans 3:22 but rather translates this CORRECTLY as “unto all and upon all them that believe” proving this Irrefutably too. Can we REALLY see this accuracy in the Word of God based on what is actually Written? Another Verse to see the distinction made between “ALL men” vs “those who believe” is in 1 Timothy 4:10 where again, both phrases are mentioned in this verse marking this difference cleary and irrefutably too proving God to be the SAVIOUR of both ALL men and believers where the latter are ‘more special only’ with regards to more rewards, more blessedness and ‘no’ afterlife Judgment too as discussed in posts prior (e.g. John 5:24).

Please note the phrase “be SAVED” (Context, the END Result in Isaiah 45:22) —> for this spiritual realm Repentance, evidenced by the Phrases “Turn to Me” (Isaiah 45:22, NASB) and “every tongue will swear allegiance” (Isaiah 45:23, NASB) —> where any creature doing so in this spirit realm would obtain HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS (please note the phrase “Only in the LORD are RIGHTEOUSNESS” [Isaiah 45:24, NASB]) —-> agreeing Perfectly to the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God by the FAITH OF Jesus Christ (Romans 3:22, KJV) —-> to ‘enter the kingdom of the heavens’ (Matthew 5:20, Romans 3:21) —-> as it is mentioned for ALL men too (inclusive) in Matthew 5:19. Are we able to understand such Beautiful Gems of Scripture?

Firstly, for some men (the wicked and the unrepentant) —> that is, those who die unrepentant on the earth, these will hear the Gospel in the afterlife (spiritual realm) too —> where, thereafter these get Judged in Hell for their deeds done in the flesh where their body + soul will be destroyed in Hell (Matthew 10:28) but these SAME ones will eventually ‘live to God in spirit too thereafter after this destruction of their flesh in Hell first’ (1 Peter 4:5 – 6) —-> where body, soul and spirit are distinct (as all three are mentioned in this single verse itself proving this 1 Thessalonians 5:23 —-> where this spirit will be Raised Up or attain the Resurrection of the Dead next (1 Corinthians 15:21) —> through His Great Mercy which will Triumph or END any [afterlife] Judgment Sentence too even if it’s the ‘eternal Hell sentence with no Mercy first’ (James 2:13) Indeed, for ALL men (1 Corinthians 15:49) —> there will be a Raising Up or the Resurrection of the Dead (1 Corinthians 15:20 – 21) —> which includes BOTH the righteous and the wicked too eventually (Acts 24:15, 1 Corinthians 15:22) —> in different times/order (1 Corinthians 15:23) —-> through a different ‘spiritual body’ (1 Corinthians 15:44), that is, a body given to a spirit accordingly as God Wills (to the “spirits” mentioned in post afterlife Judgment of 1 Peter 4:6 too, can you see the meaning of the phrase “live in the spirit according to the will of God” in 1 Peter 4:6, NASB in light of this?) —> Please note that this Resurrection is NOT the ‘Raised up to the age-during Judgment type which is PAST in Hell by then’ as mentioned in John 5:29 (which refers to the ‘afterlife Judgment’ that has happened prior first as described) —> CONTINUED

Yes, this Raising Up happens Post afterlife Judgment as mentioned in John 5:29 as it is described in 1 Peter 4:6 too clearly resulting in the ‘spirit’ in the END to ‘live according to God’s Will —> through the ‘spiritual body’ (1 Corinthians 15:44) which will be given to ALL Men too (1 Corinthians 15:21, 1 Corinthians 15:38 – 43, 1 Corinthians 15:49, 1 Corinthians 15:22) —-> agreeing to the HOPE beyond this life (1 Corinthians 15:19) which includes BOTH the RIGHTEOUS and the WICKED too (Acts 24:15) as part of the ALL Men (John 12:32, 1 Timothy 2:4 – KJV, 1 Timothy 4:10, Titus 2:11) —> Because the SAME (I repeat, the SAME!) ALL Men and THE MANY condemned/made sinners by ADAM will be JUSTIFIED/made RIGHTEOUS in Christ (Romans 5:18 – 19) —> eventually (1 Timothy 2:6, Ephesians 1:10, 1 Corinthians 15:23) —> by the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God ONLY (Isaiah 45:24) through the FAITH OF Jesus Christ ONLY (Romans 3:22, Galatians 2:16, KJV) —> without any works nor any contribution from ‘our righteousness’ obtained by obedience to the Law & Prophets (Matthew 5:20, Matthew 5:17 – 18, Romans 3:21, Romans 3:20, Romans 3:28, Galatians 2:16) —-> through His MERCY ONLY (Titus 3:5) which is Promised to ALL in disobedience/unbelief as well (Romans 11:32) which includes the ‘enemies of the Gospel’ (Romans 11:28) and the ‘obedient & disobedient too’ (Romans 11:30 – 31) —-> causing ALL MEN to be SAVED eventually (1 Timothy 2:4, KJV), as the Conclusion for ALL men (1 Timothy 4;10) —-> which includes BOTH the COMMAND-BEAKER and the COMMAND-KEEPER of ALL LAW & PROPHETS (Matthew 5:17 – 18 first, context) being ‘in the Kingdom of the Heavens too’ eventually (Matthew 5:19) —> where beyond men, this will apply to ALL Creation too eventually (Romans 8:20 – 21) till God becomes ‘ALL in all’ (1 Corinthians 15:28).

‘What is obvious to you may not be obvious to others as you were once blind too; so, explain gently, explain well in details too if needed’ – Anonymous

P/S: How about the Lake of Fire?

“in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” (Revelation 22:2, NASB)

Please note the phrase “the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations” (Revelation 22:2, NASB) which must refer to the ‘nations’ which went into the ‘Lake of Fire’ first, right? I don’t think Christians need any Healing by then as we would be Healed already by then & please note that this phrase does NOT say ‘healing of the Christians’ or ‘healing of the believers’ or even the ‘nations of them which are saved’ (Revelation 21:24, KJV) which particularly refers to the ‘saved nations’ but only the ‘nations which need healing’ (implied). Can you see it? the ‘nations who are saved’ cannot be the same nations who ‘need healing’, right?

Also,

“And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” Then He said to me, “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life without cost.” (Revelation 21:5 – 6, NASB)

Some have to go through the ‘cleansing punishment in the Lake of fire first’ (their “part”):

“But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8, NASB)

This is the END:

“Declaring the END from the beginning, And from ancient times things which have not been done, Saying, ‘My purpose will be established, And I will accomplish all My good pleasure’;” – God (Isaiah 46:10, NASB)

This Mysterious Reconciliation from the Lake of Fire is described in a Beautiful way in verse below:

“The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.” (Revelation 22:17, NASB)

where

The Spirit = God’s Spirit

The Bride = His Church, ‘believers’ gathered in the New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:2, Revelation 19:7, 2 Corinthians 11:2, Ephesians 5:25, Ephesians 5:31 – 32)

one who hears = angels or others in heaven

one who is thirsty = must refer to one who is separated from Him who was ‘punished first in the Lake of Fire’ as he is being called to take the ‘water of life for free’ (yes, the Lake of Fire must surely make one thirst spiritually too first, right?); It CANNOT refer to ‘any believer’ since believers never thirst nor are hungry again (both physically and spiritually) In His Kingdom (John 6:35, John 7:38, John 4:10, John 4:14). Believers eat NOT out of hunger & thirst anymore in His Kingdom.

Now, ‘all created things’ (definition, Colossians 1:16, including Satan & the enemies of God too right? 1 Corinthians 15:24 – 28) which includes both the “Visible (seen) & Invisible (Unseen)” [which includes the Lake of Fire too, right?] is said to be ‘reconciled back to Him’ eventually:

“because in Him were created all things in the heavens and upon the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or lordships or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and unto Him.” (Colossians 1:16, BLB)

“and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace by the blood of His cross through Him, whether the things on the earth or the things in the heavens.” (Colossians 1:20, BLB)

Are we able to accept it?

Our final quote is by “God Himself” on the destruction of “Hell” itself. (Sheol in Hebrew, Hades in Greek, grave in English).

From the “King James Version” (their best translated verse in my opinion) with a little correction from “grave” to be replaced with “hell” (The literal Word Here is ONLY SHEOL in Hebrew or equivalently, HADES in Greek, nothing else is meant here):

“I will ransom them from the power of Hell (Sheol in Hebrew/Hades in Greek); I will redeem them from Death: O Death, I will be thy plagues; O Hell, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from Mine Eyes.” (Hosea 13:14)

God is certainly NOT talking to the ‘grave’ (a non-living object which contains NO living things?) as some of ‘your scholars’ think regarding this verse. It’s completely irrational to claim thus.

The phrase “repentance shall be hid from Mine Eyes” means that God Will not “pity” the “destruction” of both “Hell” and “Death” meaning they will eventually “cease to exist”! (Correlate with the verses in 1 Corinthians 15 below):

“The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.” (1 Corinthians 15:26)

“So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O Death, where is your sting? O Hell, where is your victory?” (1 Corinthians 15:54 – 55)

Further explanations regarding this (please note that the ‘wicked in Hades/Sheol’ are NOT destroyed together in annihilation but that they will be RANSOMED out or SAVED by Him EVENTUALLY from the Lake of Fire too as Hosea 13:14 explains this RARELY Understood meaning of the ‘Lake of Fire’ when this happens as it is Written Revelation 20:14):

God Will not change from doing it = meaning of ‘repentance is hidden from My Eyes’.

These Truths can ONLY be seen when we COMBINE both the OLD and NEW Testament Verses to see this as It is WRITTEN:

God Will save them from Hades first before destroying it = meaning of ‘Ransom’ (Save, 1 Timothy 2:6 with 1 Timothy 2:4 too in context) from the Power of ‘Sheol’ as it is Destroyed in the Lake of Fire.

Meaning that those Bound by Hades (Revelation 20:13) and Thrown into the Lake of Fire first for the Final Judgment (Revelation 20:14) will be Saved thereafter from this Lake of Fire (as the phrase “I will ransom them from the power of Sheol (Hades, Hell)” in Hosea 13:14 implies) but Hades itself will be Destroyed completely, i.e. cease to exist eventually (as the meaning of ‘repentance is hidden from My Eyes’ means).

Similarly,

God Will save them from ‘Death’ too (including all type of Death, even the Second Death too) = meaning of ‘from Death I Redeem (Save) them’.

Meaning that those Bound by Death (Revelation 20:13) and Thrown into the Lake of Fire (Revelation 20:14) will be Saved from this Lake of Fire (as the phrase “I will redeem them from Death” in Hosea 13:14 implies as well, can you REALLY see it?) but Death itself will be Destroyed completely, cease to exist eventually (as the meaning of ‘repentance is hidden from My Eyes’ means too).

“From the hand of Sheol I do ransom them, From death I redeem them, Where is thy plague, O death? Where thy destruction, O Sheol? Repentance is hid from Mine eyes.” – God (Hosea 13:14, YLT)

The next verse is PROPHETIC as ALL CREATION will WORSHIP HIM eventually:

“and every creature that is in the heaven, and in the earth, and under the earth, and the things that are upon the sea, and the all things in them, heard I saying, ‘To Him who is sitting upon the throne, and to the Lamb, is the blessing, and the honour, and the glory, and the might — to the ages of the Ages!’” (Revelation 5:13, YLT)
