Prosperity for Christians

I agree to the quote in picture.

But the first reward for the righteous (“believers”) in the “next age” is “age-during life”.

Beyond that, we put on immortality since He eventually destroys the last ‘enemy’, “Death” itself.

When Death is finally destroyed (‘ceases to exist ‘), we live “immortally” because “He lives” by Him and in Him since at the ends of the ages, God Will become “all in all” (1 Corinthians 15).

P/S:

A great (but common fallacy) believed by many Christians is that “God Wills prosperity in terms of money to all believers” and they always begin by quoting Abraham… This is clearly false.

Truth is, “money or wealth type prosperity” is only given to “some believers” (“not” all) as the cases from Abraham or even king Solomon proves. Fact.

However, what God promises to “all” believers (regardless of being rich or poor) is this: “His Peace (Shalom)”.

Proof verses? With a more ‘correct’ translation:

Old Testament:

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace (shalom, “not” prosperity), and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

New Testament:

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.” – Lord Jesus Christ (John 14:27)

We must speak truth with Scripture to “respect Him” lest we are carried away with our “desires for money & prosperity” which is “not” promised to “all” believers as so often erred. Read the whole Bible (and other real life notable Christians throughout history) to see this to be true as many of them were also “poor but rich in faith” (with “no” gain in terms of “prosperity”).

So, the conclusion is this: If it is God’s Will for you to have prosperity as a believer, so be it. If not, so be it as well. Thus, we just need to find out personally (through our relationship with Him, individually) which is God’s Will for each of us (‘unique’).
