Spiritual Teachers?

Really, spiritual teachers?

This is the ‘most important’ lesson on “teacher”:

Spiritually, you cannot call anyone, “teacher” (rabbi).

Here’s the verse:

But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have one Teacher, and you are all brothers.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 23:8)

P/S:

Who is the “One Teacher”?
God Himself as the verse implies:

Nor are you to be called ‘Teachers,’ because you have only one teacher, the Messiah!” – Lord Jesus Christ again (Matthew 23:10)

“We’re all brothers” (Matthew 23:8)

P/S 2:

In like manner, there is “no” such thing as calling another ‘man’ as your “spiritual father” (spiritual parent or mother) or even as ‘anything-else-spiritually’ as the verses below state:

And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven. Nor are you to be called instructors, for you have one Instructor, the Messiah.” (Matthew 23:9 – 10)

P/s 3:

Indeed Christ gave to the church ‘teachers’ (a role) but you are “not” to call them a “teacher” (Christ told that as well).
Why? Literally, it is “He” who is “teaching” (if they’re sent by Him) and thus “He” is the “Real Teacher” (not the ‘mouthpiece’ / instrument itself).

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers,” (Ephesians 4:11)

#Don’t be deceived.
