Who Condemns? – Go to Him
Men’s condemnation is temporal but if God in His Mercy acquits you of your sin, you’re “forgiven & free” (that is between you and God only, He will reveal it to your heart hopefully):
An example from Scripture:
“She said, “No one, Lord.”
And Jesus said, “I do not condemn you, either. Go. From now on sin no more.”
Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.” (John 8:11 – 12)
