Can a woman preach the Gospel?

Can; she may preach the “Gospel” (as it is, quoting the Scripture) but is “not” given to use it to “teach” (use it to interpret or form doctrines) nor use it to assume any “authority” over a “man”:

“I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet.” (1 Timothy 2:12)

P/S:

Scripture doesn’t seem to prohibit women to “teach” (doctrine) to their own “children/other women.”

“woe to me if I do not preach the Gospel” – apostle Paul (1 Corinthians 9:16)
