God Saves All – How?

“He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.” (1 John‬ ‭2:2‬ ‭ESV)

And it’s applied in “different times (plural)” for “all” meaning not all saved at the same time:

“who did give himself a ransom for all — the testimony in its own times –” (1 Timothy 2:6)

*Testimony = becomes true or applied for each of the “all”
