Greater faith than Israel

Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.” But the centurion said, “Lord, I am not worthy for You to come under my roof, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed.” (Matthew 8:7 – 8)

Now when Jesus heard this, He marveled and said to those who were following, “Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith with anyone in Israel.” (Matthew 8:10)

Gentiles:

I say to you that many will come from east and west, and recline at the table with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven;” (Matthew 8:11)

Jews:

but the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” (Matthew 8:12)

Then, “as you believed”:

And Jesus said to the centurion, “Go; it shall be done for you as you have believed.” And the servant was healed that very moment.” (Matthew 8:13)

Who said all this?
Lord Jesus Christ.

P/S:
The Bible is never pro-Jewish nor pro-anyone; it’s pro-truth. Read it literally and you’ll see this.

As it’s written “in truth”:

Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism” (Acts 10:34)

Apart from apostle Peter, even apostle Paul declares this “same truth”:

For God does not show favoritism” (Romans 2:11)
