Hard work or luck?

A quote from the world (false) teaches that:

“I don’t believe in luck; I believe in hard work”.

I disagree.

I believe in neither; I believe in God regardless of success or failure (in this life); it doesn’t matter.

As for “worldly success”, it can happen to either the hardworking person or a lazy one. Thus “luck” (or ‘time & chance’) is more correct here as this verse proves a great hidden wisdom too:

How it’s decided?
Here’s a verse which may shed some truth on it:

“I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all.” (Ecclesiastes 9:11)

P/S:

Note the word “all” (not some or certain people).

And,

The Perspective of Truth (wisdom) is to realize that it’s “not” about success or failure in this life, but about knowing God here itself (the “aim” of this temporal life).
