Hidden Wisdom: Three

Lost Wisdom: Beyond the literal meaning of Scripture, “perhaps”:

This verse:

He will revive us after two days; He will raise us up on the third day, That we may live before Him.” (Hosea 6:2)

“Now listen to what the prophet says: “God will revive us after two days, and on the third days we shall rise and live in His sight.” For us the first day is the passion of the Savior; the second on which He descended into hell; and the third, the day of resurrection.” – Origen of Alexandria, Homilies on Exodus

P/S:

In ‘three ages’, God might might fulfill the ‘Saving of the World’ as even many universalist Christians suggest that the parable of the ‘woman with three measures of meal’ —> by Lord Jesus Christ —> may mean likewise —> because our Blessed Lord says, “till it was ALL leavened (saved?).”

Interesting perspective with ‘numbers’ regardless.
