“For as high as the heavens are above the earth, So great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him.” (Psalm 103:11)
His Love is only —> this “High” —> toward those who —> “fear Him”.
All others experience a ‘lesser revealed impact of His Love’ due to ‘abiding in darkness’.
