Justified by the Law?

(Examples) of the Law : “Tithes, Sabbaths, Passover feasts, circumcision, etc.”

Read carefully: “severed from Christ”

“You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace.” (Galatians 5:4)

P/S:

The statement (often made) that ‘I’m practising the (religious) Law not for justification’ is a “self-contradictory” statement simply because if it doesn’t “justify” you in any way, there’s no reason to do it (becomes a vain act).

Lastly, “severed (freed) from Christ” and “fallen from Grace” as a result of trying to be righteous by keeping the Law (of Moses) doesn’t quite sound like “you’re saved”.

Good luck.
