Religion and Peace

Someone put forth,

“If all religions teach peace, why can’t all religions achieve peace?”

Because some teach it in words but not in action (actions are always louder than words).

A simple test: “Did your religious founder ever fight / kill another or your gods start war with the intent of destroying/torturing your enemies with no plans of healing & restoring them?” (true justice)

The answers are there but it’s how far you’re willing to ‘think’ that will lead you to the truth.

So, if your prophets & gods murdered & killed their enemies with “no” intent of “reconciling them at all”, how can one be any better by believing all that hate & pointless violence?

As Gary put it once beautifully, “you become like the god you worship”.

Next, some will feel like ‘killing me’ or hope that I die for speaking the truth (and they will still be wondering why there’s “no peace”).

P/S:
Another famous pair of reasons for the Evil Religious killing in God’s Holy Name (false teaching):

Two kinds of religious killings exist (both wrong) namely, “if you don’t convert into my religion, I’ll kill you for disobedience” and the second is just as evil, “if you convert out of your forefather’s religion, we’ll kill you for betrayal”.

Truth is, “everyone must have the right to choose their own religion” (perfect freewill) while God Will judge all on Judgment Day on who is right or wrong. We need no imperfect men to judge each other to the point they kill each other.

Thus this verse is true:

They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny Him.” (Titus 1:16)
