Secrets of the Age – O Bethlehem, O Mary, did you know?

“And you, Bethlehem, land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah, for out of you will come forth One leading, who will shepherd My people Israel.'” (Matthew 2:6)

“But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Too little to be among the clans of Judah, From you One will go forth for Me to be ruler in Israel. His goings forth are from long ago, from the east of the age (eternity).” (Micah 5:2)

“But Mary treasured all these things, pondering them in her heart.” (Luke 2:19)

*East of the age = Eternity, why?

Because the Hebrew language is read from ‘right to left’ which is equivalent in terms of directions to “East to West” or also to “before to after”.

Thus, under this ‘language context’, we may infer that since

East = Earlier (Before, Right)
West = Later (After, Left)

Thus,

East of the Age refers to the ‘direction’ of ‘before the Age’ (literally), I.e. to the ‘direction’ before ‘time’ (or the ‘ages’) itself = Eternity

“by faith we understand the ages to have been prepared by a saying of God, in regard to the things seen not having come out of things appearing;” – Anonymous (Hebrews 11:3)
