True Love toward an enemy too

Only the True God taught Unconditional Love to this extent even to an enemy (literally):

“If your enemy is hungry give him bread to eat; if he is thirsty, give him water to drink.” – Old Testament (Proverbs 25:21)

The Devil can replicate hate or conditional loves in different forms but never the True Love of God in Christ Who taught Truths such as these all the time (Old Testament or the New Testament):

“On the contrary: “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.” – New Testament (Romans 12:20)

Why?
This is done for the enemy’s betterment because the coals of fire are to burn the evil in him beginning with his conscience.

How come it’s not followed? (I mean Jews during Old Testament times and Christians during New Testament times have been slaughtering their enemies instead and even so, in the name of God, Freedom & Country too)

Simple: Because those (Jews & Christians) who behave contrary to His Word for whatever reasons (conditions) are “disobedient” (i.e. They practice “conditional” obedience to the Word according to what ‘suits their itching ears’ especially to what ‘protects their money’ – security – called the ‘way of living’ – all self based intents and not pure God based intents).

Alas, the “love of money” is indeed the root of all evil since men find their “security” in “money”.

Due to faithlessness like this, God doesn’t provide for us “supernaturally” as He did to prophet Elijah by feeding him with Ravens since “our faith” is “God provides with money as a tool” (as many believe so) and thus we receive “only according to our faith” as it’s written, “let it be done according to your faith” (the Money or Mammon faith of ours – including me).
