A Dialogue

Person A: That person B has treated me badly.

Person B: That person A has helped me no doubt but also has hurt me too!

Person C: Here’s an advice. To walk the higher path of Agape (the Love of God), we must think differently to resolve this:

“First, it’s ok if people hurt/treat you badly but you don’t return that evil to them.”

“Also, don’t be conformed to the pattern of the world where the same person will have both helped you & hurt you as well. Be different in that you help others but don’t hurt them”.

Why?
Lord Jesus Christ did that in His Beautiful Life on Earth.

Also, as He taught us through the verses below, the above may be a way to put it in practice:

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” (Romans 12:21)

Again,

Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone.” (Romans 12:17)

Yes, apostle Peter too confirms it:

Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.” (1 Peter 3:9)
