The End of All Things is Beautiful

A Favourite Timely Answer

One of the most beautiful reply in Scripture (the verse in Picture). Our Blessed Lord reveals two things namely:

(i) We don’t realize what He is doing “Now” (at ‘this time’)

(ii) Later (in a “different time”), we will ‘understand’ (assured)

He does “Beautiful Things” to “everything” and yes, as the verse below proclaims, in “Time”, “everything” will be “made beautiful” by “Him”:

“He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put the age (or ages) into man’s heart, yet so that man cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.”

When translated more accurately as above, we see the ‘relationship’ between “everything” (“all things” = “all creation”), “beautiful”, “time”, “age” (or ages) and “beginning & end”.

Note that the phrase “beginning and end” marks this “time period” of the “age (or” Ages”, and “not” eternity as some translations wrongly render) in this ‘same verse’ (sentence).

Remember, if their ‘translation’ is ‘correct’, we have the ‘contradiction’ within this verse where the “time” period within which “everything is made beautiful” is stated to be “eternity” (hidden in their hearts) but also meant as “from beginning to end” as it’s Done. So, does “eternity” have a “beginning and end” since both are referring to this ‘same time period’ within ‘this same verse sentence’? The absurdity is obvious.

Let us be Wise.

When our Blessed Lord declares that “He” is that “Beginning and end” in the verse below, it correlates with Ecclesiastes 3:11 above that it must be “Him” Who “makes everything beautiful” (the phrase ‘Beginning and End’ occurs in both verses and connects it for sure):

Which brings the question:

(a) Does it mean that He has a “Beginning & End”? No! As the verse below proves:

“Without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God, He remains a priest for all time.” (Hebrews 7:3)

(b) Exactly ‘why’ when translating correctly say the verse below, “His Living” to the ‘time period’ of “Death & Hades (Hell)” to exist even within the ‘lake of fire’ (when both of these are cast into it), namely to the “ages of Ages” is ‘highlighted’.

Yes, with “Him” having the “Key” signifying that “He can release” (and “Save” even from ‘Death & Hades’ upon the “ages of Ages sentencing” in the ‘Lake of Fire’ too) because I repeat, “He” has the “Key” (signifying ‘release, unlocking’).

“and He Who is Living, and I did become Dead, and, lo, I am Living to the ages of the ages. Amen! and I have the keys of the Hades and of the Death.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Revelation 1:18)

(c) How do we know that the ‘sentencing’ of the ‘second Death’ (i.e. ‘Death and Hades’ cast into the ‘Lake of Fire’) must be to the “time period” of “ages of Ages”? We look at the ‘sentencing time’ for the worst sinner, Satan (the Devil) himself below agreeing to this context perfectly (the “maximum time period” sentence to the “ages of Ages”):

“and the Devil, who is leading them astray, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where are the beast and the false prophet, and they shall be tormented day and night — to the ages of the Ages.” (Revelation 20:10)

(d) So, what does the “Beginning and End” signify or ‘highlight’?

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Revelation 22:13)

As the verses which have that phrase must agree, the “Beginning and End” refers to both things below:

(1) A “Time period” (age/ages, set into the heart) into which “He” makes “Everything or all things Beautiful” (referring to Ecclesiastes 3:11)

(2) A “Time Period” of the “ages of Ages” into which the sentencing of ‘Death and Hades (Hell)’ is continued in the ‘Lake of Fire’ (referring to Revelation 1:18 and Revelation 20:10)

Conclusion:

Thus, points (1) & (2) above implies Mysteriously that the ‘outcome’ of the Punishment of the ‘Lake of Fire’ must render “its parts” (those cast into it) toward the overall General Conclusion/Purpose/Will of God in Scripture that “All things/Everything” is “made Beautiful” thereafter by “Him” after sin/evil/ugliness is ‘destroyed’ first in that ‘Lake of Fire’.

Note that this means that the “time period” of the “ages of Ages” refers to the “End” in “Beginning and End” and both correlate to the “Purpose” (or “Will of God”) to make “Everything/All things Beautiful” again even via the ‘second Death’ when the ‘related’ verses quoted above clearly imply with more accurate translation.

All these perfectly agrees also the verse below which promises that the “End” for ‘any thing’ (“all things”) will be ‘better’ than even “its good beginning (creation point)” too (a ‘general statement’ too referring to ‘any thing’s END):

“Better is the latter end of a thing than its beginning,… ” (Emphasis, part of Ecclesiastes 7:8)

“Better is the latter end of a thing than its beginning, Better is the patient of spirit, than the haughty of spirit.” (Ecclesiastes 7:8 in full)

Last but not least, men have been too Careless in defining the “End” in ‘many wrong ways’ especially ‘death & darkness’ too. That’s why our Blessed God answers back Powerfully in the infamous verse below even to His faithful servant Job from ancient times:

“Have the Gates of Death been revealed to you, Or have you seen the Gates of Deep Darkness?” – God Answers to Job (Job 38:17)

*The hopelessness of Judas at the time of betrayal (as mentioned in the verse below) is “not the end” for “Judas” either:

“The Son of Man is to go, just as it is written of Him; but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 26:24)

But rather, the verse above refers to the ‘hopelessness’ at ‘that time’ when it was ‘Spoken’ because at that ‘time’, “Christ hasn’t Died & Resurrected” after which such “hopelessness” is clearly abolished in the “light of the Gospel (“Good News” only)”:

“and was made Manifest now through the Manifestation of our Saviour Jesus Christ, Who indeed did abolish Death, and did enlighten life and immortality through the good news (Gospel),” – apostle Paul (2 Timothy 1:10)

Remember the verse in Ecclesiastes 7:8 itself has already “assured” a “Better end” for “Judas” (since “Judas” also quantifies as part of ‘any thing’).

The verses in the Bible perfectly agree when ‘understood rightly’.

P/S:

Please note that the phrase “I am the Beginning and the End” (Revelation 22:13) does “not” mean “nor” defines Christ the Lord to have a “Beginning” and an “End” as Hebrews 7:3 clearly mentions otherwise.

Thus, just like the phrase “I am the Beginning and the End” (Revelation 22:13) actually “highlights” that ‘overall time period’ for His Work to make “all things Beautiful” (Ecclesiastes 3:11), similarly His Living to the “ages of Ages” (Revelation 1:18) is “not” a definition of “His life”.

In fact He Lives to the “ages of Ages” highlights His Work/Purpose/Will ‘spoken of’ in that time period.

Just a summary:

We know that “He” made the “ages” (time periods) and in the “fulness of the times”, He will “gather all things in Him” via ‘reconciliation’ as the verses below agree (note the words “all things” and “ages” appearing in the verse(s) below):

“in these last days did speak to us in the Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He did make the ages;” – Anonymous author in (Hebrews 1:2)

“That in the dispensation of the fulness of times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in the heavens, and which are on earth; even in Him:” – apostle Paul (Ephesians 1:10)

“and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made Peace through the Blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in the heavens.” – apostle Paul (Colossians 1:20)

How do we know that the “all things” in the last verse above refers to “all things that are created” and ‘not’ Christian/Jewish/Believing things only? Four verses prior in this ‘same’ chapter, apostle Paul clearly mentions “which all things” he is ‘referring to’ in the verse above as follows:

“For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities– all things have been created through Him and for Him.” – apostle Paul (Colossians 1:16)

Remember, as this last two verses reminds, “all things” (everything) is “for Him” and thus must return to Him via “His Reconciliation”.

The answers are there in his Holy Scripture; but are we ready to receive them? Another beautiful reply of Christ echoes:

“I have many more things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.” – Lord Jesus Christ (John 16:12)

It all makes ‘perfect sense’ and He makes us “understand” as the verse in picture promised too:

“Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”.” (John 13:7)
