False gods demand human sacrifice in blood and torture in fire in some way

The Living God NEVER demanded “any human sacrifice” 🔪 Nor “any passing through fire” 🔥 of ‘anyone’ as “it is written” (e.g. Leviticus 18:21, Jeremiah 32:35, Jeremiah 19:5):

“You shall not give any of your children to sacrifice to Molech; neither shall you profane the Name of your God: I am YAHWEH.” (Leviticus 18:21, WEB)

“and have built the high places of Baal to burn their sons in the fire as burnt offerings to Baal, a thing which I never commanded or spoke of, nor did it ever enter My mind;” – God (Jeremiah 19:5, NASB)

P/S: How about Hell or the Lake of Fire?

That Fire is in the “Spiritual Realm” and is NOT an earthly fire (different).

The afterlife Judgment in that spiritual fire does both ‘the punishment’ & ‘purification for betterment’, where pain is allowed “according to the level of pain/sin which one has done FIRST toward others in their lives on earth prior” (the meaning of ‘fewer stripes’ in verse below too):

“And that slave who knew his master’s will and did not get ready or act in accord with his will, will receive many lashes,

but the one who did not know it, and committed deeds worthy of a flogging, will receive but few. From everyone who has been given much, much will be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 12:47 – 48, NASB)

Agreeing to the verse below in ‘principle’ too (God does NOT change from His Law even in regards to ‘how He allows the severity of Judgment’ be it on earth or in the ‘afterlife’, in a case by case basis or consideration too, NO barbarism):

“then it shall be if the wicked man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall then make him lie down and be beaten in his presence with the number of stripes according to his guilt.” (Deuteronomy 25:2, NASB)

Comment:

“and the servant doth not remain in the house — to the age, the son doth remain — to the age;” – Lord Jesus Christ (John 8:35, YLT)

We are all ‘slaves’ (to sin) till we are ‘adopted’ into the ‘glorious freedom’ as ‘sons of God’ through Lord Jesus Christ:

“Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin.

“So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:34, 36 NASB)

“for when ye were servants of the sin, ye were free from the righteousness,

And now, having been freed from the sin, and having become servants to God, ye have your fruit — to sanctification, and the end life age-during;” – apostle Paul (Romans 6:20 – 22, YLT)

All of creation will be ‘freed later’ from their ‘slavery to corruption (sin, decay)’ and eventually become the ‘children of God too’ eventually as this ‘hope’ is ‘prophesied’ too in Holy Scripture:

“that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.” – apostle Paul (Romans 8:21, NASB)

God’s Spirit frees us from the ‘slavery to sin’, giving us ‘true freedom’:

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” – apostle Paul (2 Corinthians 3:17, NASB)

True Freedom causes us to ‘freely’ obey His “Teaching” too (it’s a natural consequence & not a forced one, it seems paradoxical in the flesh which is tempted to sin but such obedience to His Teaching ‘freely’ occurs in the spirit which is willing):

“But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed,” – apostle Paul (Romans 6:17, NASB)

“Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” – Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 26:41, NASB)

God’s Judgment Principle is to ‘destroy them’ in ‘their own godless practices’ likewise in the ‘afterlife’, chiefly:

“He has brought back their wickedness upon them And will destroy them in their evil; The LORD our God will destroy them.” (Psalm 94:23, NASB)

“Therefore, thus says the LORD, the God of hosts, “Because you have spoken this word, Behold, I am making My words in your mouth fire And this people wood, and it will consume them.” (Jeremiah 5:14, NASB)
