Free Gospel with no money

Free Gospel with no money.

Avoid taking money.

Support those who preach the Gospel in Truth by providing for their “needs”.

“I robbed other churches by receiving support from them so as to serve you. And when I was with you and needed something, I was not a burden to anyone, for the brothers who came from Macedonia supplied what I needed. I have kept myself from being a burden to you in any way, and will continue to do so.” (2 Corinthians 11:8-9)

No “money” mentioned in the verses above.

What are the “needs” which are supplied for?
The usual basic human needs such as food, water, a place to stay and clothing (agreeing with other verses in the Bible – literally again).

Those verses above in the same chapter doesn’t end there: What if there are others who seem to preach “a gospel” but not according to what’s written in His Word, literally?

“And I will keep on doing what I am doing in order to cut the ground from under those who want an opportunity to be considered equal with us in the things they boast about.

For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. ” (2 Corinthians 11:12 – 13)

How do we know those verses above talk about “no money taken” in the preaching of the Gospel? Again in the same chapter, apostle Paul writes: Why do we present the Gospel free of charge?

In God’s Way as the verse below declares literally.
Apostle Paul followed it.
We ought to as well.

“Was it a sin for me to lower myself in order to elevate you by preaching the gospel of God to you free of charge?” (2 Corinthians 11:7).

Note that “free of charge” literally means “no money”. Thus only “needs” may be provided for (food, water, clothing, a place to say etc).
