In the End

The LORD is good to all: and His tender mercies are over all His works.” (Psalm 145:9)

Yes, ‘all’ (not some, certain, believers only etc) and even over ‘all His works’ (again, not some works, certain works, believing works etc). Some works in the world right now (e.g. evil works) are “not” His works —> such works will come to an ‘end’ when He restores ‘all things’ and makes ‘all things new’ as it’s written:

“Whom (Jesus) it behoveth Heaven, indeed, to receive (Jesus) till times of restoration of all things, of which God spake through the mouth of all His holy prophets from the age.” (Acts 3:21)

He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” He said, “Write, for these words of God are faithful and true.” (Revelation 21:5)

The Word of God is accurate to its last word.

The One Proof of it is:

“Saviour of the World”

P/S:

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29)

Yes, it will be testified in “its own times” (different times of salvation is appointed for each of His creatures according to their will and His Will):

Who (Jesus) did give Himself a ransom for all — the testimony in its own times —” – apostle Paul (1 Timothy 2:6)

The Blessed One cannot change from being Perfect.

*Behoveth means something like “suited worthily”.
