What kind of Christian are we?

(i) How Faithful are we to All New Testament Written Scripture?

(ii) How well do we receive the Word of God?

How well do we receive the “Word of God” from Scripture? Why do we easily rather believe ‘word of men’ contrary to a written verse?

(iii) Fulfilling the Great Commission

Doesn’t fulfilling the Great Commission include obeying all the commandments revealed in apostle Paul’s writings too? So, are we really fulfilling the Great Commission by acting contrary to it? (verses in image show this)

(iv) Hard Sayings of Christ

When Christ’s commands are considered a “hard saying”, are we like those “offended ones who leave” or like the “faithful ones who stay”?

‘We all want Christ’s Heaven but many don’t want His Commands’ – Anonymous

It’s all been done before as the example below shows:

“Therefore many of His disciples, when they heard this said, “This is a difficult statement; who can listen to it?” But Jesus, conscious that His disciples grumbled at this, said to them, “Does this cause you to stumble?” (John 6:60 – 61)

“As a result of this many of His disciples withdrew and were not walking with Him anymore.” (John 6:66)

“So Jesus said to the twelve, “You do not want to go away also, do you?” (John 6:67)
