Imagine apostle Paul saw you and I arguing over decent dressing issue for women.

Would he say, “hey Jonathan, relax. It’s no big deal in that these clean hearted women are worshipping the LORD in almost panties-length & cleavage revealing dresses even in church. Aren’t their hearts clean by doing these acts?”

The absurdity is obvious.

Now, What Would Jesus Do (WWJD)?
You answer for yourselves (whether He’ll endorse such dressings as described above especially in church or rebuke it).

P/S:

How you dress in church or outside in public shouldn’t differ with respect to “decency” and “purity” because to do otherwise is just plain double-standard type of hypocrisy.
