Christian Friends?

No need to friend every Christian

For Christians to Christians only

A “command”:

“But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who calls himself a brother (Christian) who is sexually immoral, or greedy, or an idolater, or verbally abusive, or a drunkard, or a swindler. Do not even eat with such a person.” (1 Corinthians 5:11)

P/S:

Don’t even eat with them nor keep (friends) with such “Christians” as commanded above (that’s why I keep away from some who are such. —> e.g. Verbally abusive ones toward me).

The command is NOT applied to non-Christians simply because such code of conduct is for Christians and as for non-believers, God Will judge them.

Also, if we were to apply this same rule for non-Christians, then we will have to leave this world as it’s written:

“I was not including the sexually immoral of this world, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world.” (1 Corinthians 5:10)

‘a friend of Christ is one who obeys Him’
