Funny Regardless

(no offense to Joel Osteen’s followers, peace ✌)

*Be Reasonable:

The verse (below) allows them to earn a “living” from the Gospel, yes but “not luxury in great excess” (such as a ‘multi million dollar mansion’).

“So also the Lord directed those who proclaim the gospel to get their living from the gospel.” (1 Corinthians 9:14)

P/S:

Who dares to say that it is “God’s Will” for someone preaching the Gospel (if the Gospel he preaches) to earn “millions of US dollars” on account of “His Gospel”?

Good luck

P/S: 2

Looking forward at our Blessed Lord’s example together with the apostles with regards to them “receiving aid” and “the type of Gospel lifestyle they lived”, it looks pretty clear that “over prosperity & abundance earned out of Gospel offerings” is a little too far fetched.

The Bible’s list of the rich earned their great wealth “not” by offering nor temple collections (analogous to “tithes, Gospel & Love offering collections”) but via the usual “economic means” (such as farming, business or just as a king /politician or other jobs with wages accordingly).

We need to learn this difference “clearly” to understand His Word as accurately as possible.
